I would like to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a staff member at the pharmacy counter at your CVS location. The young Asian woman named Sam who works there has consistently demonstrated unprofessional and rude behavior. She appears to lack understanding of basic customer service principles and often seems disinterested in her job.
Today, I requested that she send an electronic message to my mother’s doctor for a prescription renewal—a task her colleagues have readily done in the past. She refused, stating that she couldn’t see a fax option on her screen. When I asked another staff member, they were able to complete the task without issue. This incident is not isolated; Sam has repeatedly been unhelpful and displays a very unpleasant attitude.
I have been a loyal customer of this CVS for years due to its convenient location near my home. However, the negative experiences with Sam are prompting me to reconsider my options. I hope that management will address this matter promptly to ensure better service in the future.

Great deal with exceptional customer service !
I love shopping at CVS especially the one in downtown Mountain View California. They have a lot of must-have items and pay a lot of less money with the extra care program coupons. A lot of them are even cheaper than Costco. Also you don’t need to buy big quantities like Costco. Another reason I like to shop at this CVS store is that they provide excellent service in the store especially the store manager who helped me twice with the problems I had there, very patiently and professionally, exceptional customer service! I appreciate all the team members. Highly recommend CVS to everyone. Be sure to get extra care card so you can save a lot of money!

Their hours are completely incorrect. They say they open at 7am, but when I went there me and a few other people were standing around waiting for them to open. Even their own sign has the wrong hours posted.

Whoever the pharmacist is on today Sunday - is horribly rude and doesn’t seem to care about patient care. Maybe quit or go elsewhere. CVS pharmacists are always bad but she tops it

Pathetic Service. Never seen a CVS so bad anywhere. Needed some urgent prescription medicine, the girl at the counter mumbled it was out of stock & they couldn't order it & to try my luck at some other CVS!! While I was trying to figure out what the hell was going on, the Pharmacist kept ignoring the conversation. Unbelievable service at a Downtown location.

The employees are rude and they dont know how to even process when people are picking up their orders! Injust had a horrible experience with an employee named Fava. She frowned when she saw me and then just cut me off when I read her the order number and then yelled 'just show me.' After taking a mimute checking the items that were inside the bag, she just shoved the bag at me and just said ok while looking at her phone! Appaling.

13 people in line at the pharmacy as I type this. Nobody seems to have a care in the world. People are literally sitting in the floor waiting for the line to move. I’ve called them before, and had to wait 20+ minutes on hold. If my insurance didn’t require me to come here I wouldn’t.
