Customer no service. I was in the pharmacy line for several minutes when they "announced " we are closing for lunch in 4 minutes, come back at 2. I guess we will see how difficult it will be to transfer our prescriptions to Walgreens. Maybe that is a contributing factor in their nationwide planned store closures.

Good store. But one of the employees Heather was rude. I bought a protein bar and wanted some cash back return in quarters for laundry. I could see a lot of quarters in the counter. But apparently, she didn’t seem to understand. She rudely returned the cash back, even after multiple requests, only in dollar notes instead of quarters

Nice store, it took a while to get my insurance in order, and they are overly suspicious when you get controlled substances of pain. Otherwise an ok. store.

Dreadful service in pharmacy. Absolutely dreadful. They never answer the phone. The phone's automation constantly announces that phone calls are waiting, yet nobody answers the phone. We were told that medication would be ready in 10 minutes and that we would be called. No one called. We waited more than 45 minutes. That CVS drugstore should be shut down.

It felt odd! We came for flu shot, for me and my kids. Like any kid, my kids would cry while administering the flu shots. The pharmacy employee made it clear that we are not welcome. She made a face, said she doesn’t like administering shots to kids. I think we are not coming back here again, disappointing. If the pharmacy is not administering pediatric shots, then make it clear upfront!

Pharmacy needs work. Wait too long and inconsistent wait times. Told prescription would be filled in 10-15 minutes by pharmacist, came back in 20 and was told another 10-15 by cashier. I asked Cashier in pharmacy to check with pharmacist filling prescription as pharmacist told me she would expedite it but cashier just checked the computer and said the pharmacist forgot to process it. I asked could she check with the pharmacist as the pharmacist had assured me it would be ready and didn't seem likely to overcommit as I had indicated I was willing to come back later in the day if it couldn't be filled right away. Had the cashier opened her mouth and COMMUNICATED human to human to the pharmacist the customer experience would have been much better. 30 seconds later upon walking to front of store to leave - I hear my name called - prescription is ready. Back in line again. Do they tell you 10-15 minutes on purpose so you walk around and buy things?

Review for photo: I'd recommend to avoid this place for a passport or visa photo. The software used to take and print the photo is misleading. The background keeps shadows and positions the head and shoulder tilted. My photo was rejected. On top it charges almost $20 for two photos without any provisions of getting a soft copy at the moment.

That woman pharmacist is horrible fire her. My pharmacist called the pharmacy to fix my insurance. And my pharmacy was trying to help and help me get my medication because I have the flu and the pharmacist didn’t want to transfer my medications or my pharmacy or call them to get my insurance info. I hope that pharmacist gets fired. She doesn’t deserve to work for sick people.

I called to ask whether they had n95 masks, the lady told me no, and before I could even say anything else, she said "okay? Buh-bye" and literally hung up on me.

The worst manager, rude and unintelligent. Pathetic customer services and poorly groomed. He likes to lecture you and tries to overcompensate for his ignorance and distrust about how CVS is run. Definite No.

They screwed up my prescription and then said I would have to wait... indefinitely... while they "investigated." I am going to have to pay out of pocket to get my prescription filled correctly.

Serina would rather fiddle then help me. Had to wait long time to check out with 1 other customer in whole store and multiple clerks, only 1 working for customers.
