I don't usually leave reviews, but when I do, it's because I am blown away by a service and/or product. These flowers are absolutely BREATHTAKING. My husband was very impressed with the pricing and freshness of these flowers he bought for me. He also said the service there was phenomenal. Highly recommend this florist!

The sweetest lady works here. She helped me arrange a beautiful bouquet for my wife. Carefully listened to my request and gave great input to make it better since I don't know much about flowers. Very happy wife. Highly recommend!

I went to Crystal Florist in Mountain View, CA, yesterday. It is truly a gem! Their service is as beautiful as the bouquets they create. Been coming here for years buying bouquets on special occasions. Went in yesterday excited to buy a boutonniere for my child’s prom. Not expecting the $27 predatory price tag for a single rose and got a flood of attitude from a haughty salesperson. Won’t be returning.

Crystal Florist is truly a wonderful flower shop. I've been there twice and both times were amazing experiences. My second time, I came in really late on a Friday night but the owner still took the time to help me thoroughly. Both the owner and her daughter are incredibly skilled at creating beautiful bouquets. They were also very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who is looking for great service, value, and fresh flowers.
