Had a very bad experience with a very rude employee. We went in yesterday to get a membership. The first thing she says to us is "ok just so you know it will be 120 and then I can bring it down to 60 dollars in a minute after paying" obviously she is trying to get points for signing someone up for the executive pass. And then I happen to have a different mailing address on my license and she couldn't even help or take my word that my wife and I live together to get myself a card as well. So far anyone wanting to come in for a membership be aware you have to pay 120 first to help the employee get their points but also expect to be treated unfairly.

So lately I've been venturing over to this Costco and I don't mind it. I love going to different Costco's because they all usually have different things. The only annoying part is that when one stops carrying something you have to switch again. I've never had any issues with service. Everyone is always fast and friendly. Costco has so many vegetarian items and at good prices if you like to get more than just one. I also always seem to find a good parking. Costco isn't dog-friendly, BTW. We also tried the new cookies

I had a craving for pizza so I decided to go to the Costco Food Court. When I walked towards the food court, there was a self service food ordering station. The ordering process was quick and easy. On the screen, I pressed on the two separate pizza slices touch screen buttons to purchase one pepperoni pizza slice and one cheese pizza slice. When I was done ordering, I paid and walked to the customer line near the front counter. The Costco staff members called out who ever is next to help prepare their food items. I was called next so I approached the Costco staff member. He was nice and quick with preparing my food order. He grabbed the ready to eat pizza slices on the trays off to the side behind the window. I received my pizza slices and the pizza slices looked great and were warm! I sat at the food section benches to eat my pizza slices. The amount of condiments were the perfect amount that was placed on top of the pizza slices. The cheese had the greasy goodness on top and made the pizza taste so good! The pepperonis were chewy and the breading/crust were moist and soft. I loved and enjoyed the pizzas at the Costco food court. If you ever decide to eat at the Costco Food Court, you must order the pizza slices! Great tasting pizza for an amazing price!

We came to this Costco last week. I have no bad things to say about any Costcos that I have been to so far. I just like walking around and looking at all the other foods and gifts for people. It's exciting to see things that I don't have in my home Costco like I saw some fruits and vegetables that they don't sell at my Costco which made me a little jealous. I also liked the clothes selection. They had a ton of warm winter clothes for the chilly weather up here. And the prices were very reasonable. It doesn't really matter about the brand to me, as long as it looks durable and it has a good price, I'm sold. I saw a nice winter jacket for my dad, I didn't get to get it but hopefully the next time we go, I can get it.

Margarita V. decided to angrily throw every single item across the scanning platform today. Also, picking up and dropping every single item left in the shopping cart after scanning. So my apples and some other perishables are bruised. My meat is leaking a bloody mess out of the packaging. Didn't bother to put anything back in the cart either. I had to put items into the shopping cart while she throw another customers items into mine. Her face showed annoyance with loud sigh when she saw full shopping carts. Saw her drop and throw things with the two customers ahead of me and the one behind me. Years of shopping here. Years of awesome customer service. Ruined by her in a matter of minutes. If you don't like your job. Leave. Don't take your frustrations onto customers. It's very unprofessional.

I bought some boneless chicken thighs from Costco yesterday. Today I opened it up and was extremely surprised to see that the thighs were in small pieces, the size of marbles. The meat was violated in a bad way. I know this review doesn't change anything, but it should be a reminder that individual butchers don't care for their work, and take advantage of their positions. Costco, pay attention to your products as a members will be tired from your below average meats, and choose other places to shop.

Costco is great, no complaints. We'll, maybe a few. - bananas get so mushy the next day - peaches all turned brown around the stem hole - why? - spinach goes bad super quick - why don't they have Korean short ribs anymore? - what happened to the nectarines? - why are the diapers so expensive? - why do some locations carry different things and not all the same? I really like this one yogurt but they don't have it in San Bruno but do in foster city. - $5 chickens are so gross Ok, that's all I can think of right now.

this plaza got a total wine next door, so if you don't find what youre looking for your upcoming rager you got some options lol sure, this one doesn't have a gasoline station but the mere fact that this isn't sunnyvale already makes it better just like any other costco, avoid going during peak hours or weekends

This is for food court, literally the rudest people answering the phone and the worst service. I mean I get it, it's busy and the pizza is cheap, but zannnnng, can you give a girl a second of your time? They hung up on me before I even finished. Multiple attempt to call back just for them to pick up and hang up again.

The Costco staff here seem to enjoy making things difficult for their customers. I brought the item here to exchange at about 2:15 pm on July 28, 2023, having bought the slightly defective item at another store as it was the last item in my size. I thought it would be a very quick exchange judging from previous experience at other Costco stores but I was wrong. First, the gentleman at the exit barred me from entering to check if the store had the same item in my size before I exchanged it. He said I had to return my item first. If I wanted to check, I had to leave my item with another lady at the entrance. That said lady then told me that she could not hold on to my item and that I had to go and leave it in my car. Then he made customers like me stand outside the store exit while he let us in one by one to return our items even though there was no line whatsoever in the store at the Service counter and there were only 1-2 people waiting for returns outside the store during the time that I was there. When I got to the Service counter, the lady there refused to do the exchange for me. She could only ring up the return and I had to pay for my item at the regular cashier. She also went so far as to suggest that the defect (looked like a dye defect) could be some dirt smeared on the item when the item was unworn with all the tags in place and just bought a couple of days before. This had not been my experience at other Costco service counters where staff have always been very pleasant and helpful, giving me time to go and look for another item while they held on to my item for exchange. Like I said, the service at this Costco is disappointing and not a good reflection on Costco. Not coming back to this store again if I can help it.

I love Costco. I have been shopping here my whole life (including in the womb) and anytime my family and I need anything we first check to see if Costco carries it. We stopped shopping at this location a few years ago when they started staffing this warehouse with entitled jerks (now going out of our way to go to the ones at RWC and Lawrence). I decided to give this place another go and had a blatant reminder of why we stopped going to this location. One worker in particular, Susana, was far from delightful to work with and was scowling me and other members. I don't expect you to smile or anything, but could you use a polite tone when interacting with other human beings? C'mon Costco you can do better. I will be continuing to do my shopping at other Costco locations, which is a bummer since this one is super close to my home.
