Pathetic response from the front desk. They don’t even know which insurance providers they are in network with. When I called they they’ve told me that they would accept my insurance. But, upon visiting them they’ve told me that they’re in network with my insurance provider but can’t confirm my coverage. Strange. The lady at front desk arrogantly denied calling the insurance to check the coverage. Will never visit again.

Dr. Sims is the most detailed physician! He is excellent at informing his patients. Scheduling same-day appointments with him is easy as well as getting prescriptions refilled. He is also quick to reply on My Chart and to accommodate telehealth requests. In my experience, I feel his care sits healthily between holistic and westernized. Before jumping to the first medicine to fix a problem, he checks panels and suggests supplements that can support underlying issues! 10/10 would recommend!

Doctor Sims is the best ever! Without a doubt the best GP i have ever had. He is an updated old fashioned doctor. He cares. He is up on all the latest research. He is the best referral I have ever received. Thank you Dr. Sims!

Dr. Sims is an outstanding doctor who truly cares about his patients and provides them with exceptional medical care. Furthermore, the entire team, including the nurses and front office team, are incredibly kind and helpful. I’m very thankful to be under the care of Dr. Sims and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sims for over 10 years now and that is because he truly is a caring doctor....He is always the first to provide new preventative tests before anyone in the bay area. Also, he has done many things to improve my health and I am blessed to have him!

Disappointed with the visit and I strongly recommend everyone not to visit. Doctor was quite arrogant and has impolite way of talking to patients. Doctor was wearing mask and was speaking too fast. When I asked if you could please repeat, he looked as if he doesn’t want to. The minimum courtesy for doctors is to explain patients in nice and easy manner and just not rush.

They only want to get more money by suggesting things you don't need. Who checks 32 years old patients stroke chance with scan of neck blood vessel and charging each of us for 265 dollors. He does not let you know in advance. All things just for a total cholesterol of roughly 200. They sell their own Vitamin D to get more money. I think their hands are in pharmaceutical company hands. Never recommend them.

You will NEVER find a better Doctor than Dr. Sims. He has been my primary physician for over 25 years and he's one of the "old" fashioned doctors, caring and patient first while extremely knowledgable of all things medical. He takes the time to send out communications on important matters, specifically t his week, on the covid-19 boosters. He provides perspective, results of trials and very clear guidance on how his patients should proceed. My friends are amazed at his thoroughness and attention to the well being of his many patients. He works tirelessly and never seems to miss a beat. You will never find a better doctor. Respectfully

Dr. Sims and his office staff are phenomenal. Always returning calls in timely manner, extremely helpful, patient-focused, professional, and kind all around. Despite the constraints imposed by Covid, Dr. Sims is providing excellent professional service with detailed in-person video conferences, and services in his parking lot. As he did in person, he takes all the time necessary to explain and guide in video conferences. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Dr Sims has been our PCP for more than 2 years now, and he is one of the best doctors we have had. Given his extensive experience, and deep expertise in the medical field, he is always able to diagnose the issues and gives you the right treatment / medicines. He is very empathetic and listens to your problems carefully (spends time) We had to get our COVID test done last year (it was just a scare!) - he did a drive through test for us, eased us out into the process and got back to us with the results in less than 48 hours. For my annual physical check up, he did a zoom call and spent around 20-25 minutes, going over each and every component of the test and sharing his treatment plans. Over time, his staff has also become very responsive and amicable. They provide you with a lot of flexibility for appointments and if there is an emergency, can squeeze you in the same day! I'd highly recommend Dr Sims! Thanks for all you do!!
