This is not just a place to live, it is a home for us for nearly three years. We adore our corner townhome. Where we are situated , we have cross breezes throughout the home and the entire floor plan impressed us. The abundant closet space and generously sized bedrooms were a huge plus.
But what truly stole our hearts were the lush green surroundings. The landscaping felt more like a private park than apartment grounds, offering a welcome escape from the typical apartment complex feel.
The walkways are beautiful throughout the complex and surrounded by green grass. so you almost forget you’re in a huge residential area. The community rooms are tastefully designed, well-maintained and functional. Package receiving is a breeze with the on-site lockers. The pools and jacuzzis are well maintained everyday.
The maintenance crew has been exceedingly responsive and helpful every time they have been out. All the staff here have been so friendly and eager to help. Ultimately, this place fits or exceeds our needs at a fair price, and we’re very happy to call Central Park at Whisman station home.

I've lived here for a few years now and I'm happy to call it home. The grounds are beautiful, the units are comfortable, and the office and maintenance staff are great. A special shout-out to Danny and his maintenance crew--they are responsive and keep the complex in excellent shape. Byron and Miguel performed some requested work on my place and did an outstanding job! Overall a great place to live.

Central Park is in need of a lot of help with their staff. I've been living here for 44 years. The office staff is horrible not tp mention the maintenance crew. The office staff is rude and disrespectful and never answer the phone. They close the office before 6:00pm. The maintenance keep fixing the same things over and over again instead of replacing normal wear and tear that should be replaced. They only care about the up keep on the outside and not the inside. This year rent increase was 5% and it should go towards fixing repairs inside of units. My apartment is infested with coach roaches brought in by my upstairs neighbors. I never had roaches in all of the years I have been living here. I've requested several times to move to another unit but management has refused. They have sprayed my apartment 11 times for coach roaches and my child and I refuse to keep inhaling the chemicals fromm al of the spraying
The manager is never on site so you can never see her in person. This says a lot for how the apartment community is managed. I will let you figure out the rest. The owners are big money grabbers. Just looking at all the amenities we are paying for that we don't need. We can take out our own garbage. The garbage man barely show up to pick up the garage. They did a sloppy job painting the building. Paint was dropped on my car after the painting should have been completed. The list goes on and on. Just know, this place is not what you think it is. They keep using 599 Castro apartment commuity for 100 N. Whisman. Please don't let the landscape and on line pictures fool you!!. I'm giving you the true story. I've been living here since 1979.

We moved to Whisman at the end of 2023 and so far it has been the best apartment complex that I've lived at. The staff is responsive and the complex itself is very nice. The trees and quiet neighborhoods surrounding it are great for going on walks, it's also very close to a trail that is dog friendly. The only issue we had were some noises from cars in the morning but that was eventually resolved. :)
I can't speak to the amenities other than the smaller fitness room which is quite nice. Lots of cardio options, weights, and a cable machine. The mail room can get a little disorganized but not nearly as bad as some of the other apartment complexes we've lived at. We've also never had any mail stolen and we do order things online quite frequently.

Worst maintenance team ever. I submitted a ticket for washer repair on 05/07/2024. They show up on 05/16/24. 10 days after I reported the problem. They took my washer on 05/16/24 and said will return the next day. Today is 05/22/24, a week after they took my washer. I still cannot get my washer back. Total nightmare with the maintenance team.

Bumped down rating, on moving out, charges seemed high. Had my own cleaning service come in for a deep clean, but was still charged over $400 for cleaning bybthe management.
This was was the highest move out charge I had ever had in the past 35 years of renting... around 2000, so don't be fooled by the low deposit...
A gripe, the front room heating unit ever worked and was never repaired because they didn't have the parts.
The front door has a gap at the bottom where dirt gets blown in from gardeners.
Seems like they just caulk over old mildew around tubs and sinks to prep for new renters, had black mold coming out from fresh caulking after a few months.
Overall a good experience, I was just amazed to get reamed because I missed the final walk through....

We went to see the property, it looks pretty peaceful from the outside. But I’d like to specifically mention about the leasing lady named Angel. She is so rude. Not even for a moment she behaved politely with us. We have been looking for apartments for a while and I must say it’s the first time we met with such an arrogant person. She surely didn’t sound like an angel. And the apartment that she showed us was very old and stinky.
Lastly, I would like to suggest if you wish to check out the property do not meet with Angel.

My family and I just relocated from the Central Coast. The tour and application was easy and went quickly. I was impressed with the kind and caring leasing staff. Angel went out of her way to help make the move as smooth as possible. Every hiccup that occurred, Angel provided helpful guidance to ensure we were able to get into our new home. She showed true compassion and made us feel welcomed from the first day meeting her.
