Really great selection of beautiful gold and silver jewelry at reasonable prices. The woman who helps you is very friendly and seemed to get my taste, she brought out a few things she’d just ordered that she thought i would like and she was spot on.

Nicest lady ever!! I came in to get my ring reshaped, and she fixed it immediately and refused to take any money. Will definitely be returning for any jewelry related concerns in the future!

I recently noticed my wedding band had gotten bent out of shape. I brought it into a large chain jewelry store in Mountain View and was told that they might be able to reshape it for $100 but it could be damaged by doing so and they would take no responsibility for it. I said no thanks, and googled jewelry stores nearby and found Carmen's Joyeria. I called and Carmen told me she could take care of it. I brought the ring over and a week later picked it up looking brand new and reshaped, for a fraction of the cost. Carmen and her assistant were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely use them again for any jewelry repairs I need done and would highly recommend them.

This place is amazing! I came here to fix my broken necklace and they did an amazing Job! The 2 ladies that helped me were so nice and so friendly and very well knowledgeable in all things pertaining to gold & silver! I will definitely come back here and purchase something for my birthday! Gold never gets old!
