“This place is the best in personalized Tax service in Silicon Valley. They are truly Tax experts and very good in finding the best calculation so you get the maximum refund. Their fees are also fair. ABC will sit with you and they are very detailed. I have been going here for many years now. I did try HR and Liberty once just to see their prices but they are actually more expensive. I notice HR and Liberty usually just have some part time people you will never see again that really do not care about your taxes and just rush up your paperwork. So I always go back to ABC. Just make sure you book appointments early before deadlines because ABC slots fill up fast.”

“If I could rate 4.5 I would. Simply due to the late start of my appointment. First, I wanted to say that I did look at the reviews prior to coming to this H&R Block, but my taxes this year were a little complicated (so I didn't want to use TurboTax), & this location was convenient, so I decided to give it a shot. I arrive at 09:45am for a 10:00 appointment. I waited until 10:17 to be helped. Although I had to get wait, even though I had an appointment, the individual at the front desk was nice and she let me know that the tax preparer was helping another person. She also updated me when the tax preparer was almost done. Service: I was helped by Barbara Sandoval. It took around 30 mins to have my taxes prepared. Barbara was quick, funny, and helpful. Since the reviews on Yelp were mostly negative I will come back and make sure to stay with Barbara. I actually already saved a slot to see her next year. Fee: I forgot the exact number but the total fee was over $300. This included the "peace of mind" fee and identity surveillance. If you have complicated taxes I would definitely call and ask about setting up an appointment with someone who has experience helping others with similar situations. I would also ask about fees up front! I payed a whole lot but I was okay with it. I know others may not feel the same.”

I received emails and texts as the processing went through each stage. I absolutely love this software and the business. They have made tax filing so much easier for years. I've been able to keep documents and tax returns safely in one place and get my return as fast as possible. The only downfall is how much they raise the price each year. There is an extra fee for each state tax prep as well.”
