Good sales department from my experience, friendly and professional. However, be aware, autozone(who owns the dealership) will attempt to sell *extremely* expensive warranty contracts/strange anti theft devices with their finance guys. It’s basically highway robbery in my opinion. Just say no if you’ve done your research on the vehicle and you can assume some risk. They were willing to remove the contracts (per California law) after some back and forth after purchase.

The selling agent was very helpful from start to finish, getting me an allocation as soon as possible and remaining in touch throughout the waiting period (to the point where he was able to update my spec order in real time even after the original order had been placed) in order to give the best experience possible. Once the car arrived at the dealership, the handover process was relatively quick and seamless. Would definitely recommend.

I've bought 2 cars (brand new and pre-owned) from here over the last 8 years and the buying experience was top notch both times. The sales team is very professional, friendly, honest and not pushy at all. The space is very modern, clean and inviting. I want to give a very special shout out to Adam Xavier for helping me buy my most recent car. He is very helpful and responsive to my inquiries and needs. I would definitely come back here again for my future cars and highly recommend them to my friends and family. The prices are also very very competitive.

The service advisor and service tech folks have done amazing job supporting the vehicle after purchase. I've had a two issues since leasing the car but the service folks there have handled the issues promptly and professionally. The only department that I'd stay away from and the reason I am NOT getting my next car here is the finance/sales department. No issues with the front dealer but once you get to the finance part, it's such a hassle. Particularly, the warranty offers were not competitive so I had refused multiple times but once I came home, I noticed there was an "extended warranty" on the contract added which I had not agreed to. You could call this typical behavior from a dealership and it's your own responsibility to be thorough, but for me, this is about trust and them choosing to not have a repeated customer. That being said, this was my first BMW and the car is as good as it's reputation. I look forward to the end of my lease and see what new options are out there. Having this dealership that provides solid maintenance service nearby is one of the top reasons I'd get another BMW.

What a great experience buying a car here. Been driving by this dealership for years. Went in to look at a car and decided to buy it, since it was the exact car I wanted and in my price range. The sales/finance folks Robert A and Leo L were great to work with and made it happen. Thank you!!

I called in to check if the vehicle was still available and the associate confirmed it was. I drove 45 min to take a look at it and when I arrived it turned out the car was being serviced and therefore, I would not be able to see it. Also, when I came in there was no one at the reception or the office space. At least there should have been a sign "please call xxx number for assistance" or "back in 5 min." Justin, an associate who was helping me, was nice and cordial, and gave extensive help in regards to choosing the right vehicle to match my requirements.

One of the best car buying experiences ever. Having a nightmare of an experience with my first bmw purchase at another dealership I started to reach out to other dealers this time around to inquire about a new M5 comp. I got weird and cold responses from other dealerships. Then submitting an online inquiry I got a call from Izzideen from BMW of Moutain view. From the start Izzi was extremely transparent, professional and extremely kind. From the start to finish our car buying experience with Izzi was amazing. He was so nice to us and respectful and transparent and attentive that it felt too good to be true. He created one of the most easiest and comfortable and happy car buying experiences I have had my whole entire life. Izzi is an absolute gem to BMW of Mountain view and I cannot thank him enough. Also, Sean from finance was an exceptional person as well as he was not pushy on pushing products but helping understand what extended coverages may make sence for us especially since it is a m performance vehicle and has costly maintenance. He made the whole loan process a breeze and again was extremely transparent and professional. Honestly one of the best car buying experiences ever had. I know now where to reach out if I do need more cars in the future. I have place that I can trust. Everyone here was so nice, attentive and respectful. They are also very transparent and not pushy. Even the sales managers here all came and introduced themselves and made sure we were happy and well taken care of. Thank you all at BMW of Moutain view.

This review is for a recent service experience. I have not shopped here for carsFor context, I'm typically someone who prefers using smaller mechanic shops rather than the dealer, as I find that the quality of work is as good or better for less cost. My personal opinion is that you'll likely never get as. good value from going to a dealership for service, so I'm trying not to base my review on comparing the service here to a smaller shop.I brought my car to the dealer this time for a warning light that came on regarding the airbag / restraint system. This was a 5 year old used car that I'd gotten about 6 months prior, and I had a suspicion that the issue might be under warranty. I also chose to visit this dealership because I'd had a couple of interactions with Kevin Tran here asking about the battery status on my vehicle, and he'd been really responsive and helpful. The service experience was a bit rough to start off. I booked an appointment online, and showed up expecting that since I had an appointment, my car would at least get looked at that day. But when I showed up, I was informed that they had a wait of several days just to get a vehicle into the shop, so basically I'd have to leave my vehicle there at least a few days. They also didn't have any loaners available at my appointment, and it wasn't a viable option for me to be carless for a few days. But luckily, there are able to reschedule me for a few days later and squeeze me into a loaner. After I had dropped off my car and gotten the loaner, I was informed (as mentioned in other reviews here) that they had a $310 or so diagnostic fee, which is only waived if the repair is under warranty. At this point, I wasn't sure if my issue was under warranty, but I went ahead with it. My vehicle ended up taking about a 5 days to get diagnosed, and a week and a half to get fixed. The issue ended up being an issue with wires getting loose, and (typical dealer complaints), the labor was only about an hour but the rate was also about $310, and the parts seemed pretty overpriced (a few small pieces for about $55). So altogether, it cost about $700. However, Kevin was able to knock the price down a couple hundred, which was nice! There was one last twist though. After paying for the repairs, I started going through the paperwork that was handed to me. They had attached a detailed service bulletin with the steps needed to remedy the issue, but the first paragraph stated that there was an extended warranty for the issue. I brought this to the attention of Kevin, and he immediately checked with his warranty department, and was able to get the repair bill voided for me.Overall, my takeaways from this are that even though the cost is fairly high (diagnostic, labor rate), I was able to get a loaner which was a newer, though smaller, version of my vehicle. So the diagnostic fee is somewhat offset if you consider the cost of renting a BMW (though of course you're losing the use of the car you own...). My other takeaway is to look out for yourself, checking paperwork or even asking if repairs are possibly under any extended or special manufacturer warranty. I would've spent $500 or so unnecessarily had I not looked through the paperwork. Of course, it would've been nice if the dealership had caught this too,

I bought a used Honda civic here. The sales persons were very friendly and helpful. They would contact me once they found the cars I was interested in. When I test drove the car I wanted, because I have driven EV for 10 years, I found the engine was very noisy. They kindly offered me to test drive another civic, so that I know it’s not a problem with that particular car. The sales documents was a little slow. I wish it could be all online and faster. The finance department offered a bunch of packages as usual. But he was not as pushing as other dealers I experienced before. I declined them and he gave me theft detention package for free. After a few weeks, the cover around the rear view mirror may fall off during hot days. I brought back and they fixed it for free. The overall experience is the best I have ever had with car dealers. Highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure to work with Robert Beronia.Robert was extremely helpful. He accommodated all my needs and requests I had before taking delivery of a vehicle that I placed an order for.Expectations were set perfectly regarding time frame of how long the car was gonna take to be assembled and shipped to the dealership, prices, etc.If you want someone that can help you end to end with the purchase of a new BMW that takes extra steps to make sure you are taken care of, Robert B is the man. Calm and collected demeanor with lots of intention to help. Absolute best person I have worked with dealing with cars.

I purchased a 2017 BMW M4 Competition “certified pre-owned” from this dealership around a year ago. When I bought the car, it had some minor damage on the wheel that I asked to have repaired, but wasn’t overly concerned about because I was assured by the salesman that it was just curb rash. I also noticed some potential discoloration or paint mismatch on the fender, but the sales rep swore they didn’t see it and that it’s never been in an accident or been repainted. In order to see it, the light had to be just right, and he was able to convince me that I wasn’t seeing what I thought I was seeing. We pressed him really hard about the accident report, because even if an accident report is clean, a dealership knows that means nothing (someone could have not reported the accident and just repaired it with cash). It has a clean carfax, but that in itself means nothing. Well, unfortunately the sales people at BMW Mountain View lied to me and basically scammed me. The car has undoubtedly been in an accident, and based on what I know about the CPO inspection process, they undoubtedly knew about it. This car should have been $10,000 cheaper. I was scammed. Do not buy a car here. Proceed with caution. CPO means nothing at this dealership. How do I know this? Read below.I recently took it for an alignment to a trusted shop (BMW certified, works with the dealership for wholesale parts, etc) in Mountain View. The shop found the following, all unreported and intentionally hidden from me by BMW Mountain View:- fender has been repaired and repainted- strut knuckle assembly and strut have been in a major impact and are bent beyond repair- caster and camber are completely out of spec and cannot be brought back into spec without spending around $6k- unreported undercarriage damage- wheels had been refinished to cover their tracksI have followed up with the sales team at BMW Mountain View asking them to make this right and come clean, but they pretend they know nothing. They even tried to imply that the damage could be from me. Once the money is in their pocket, you do not matter to them. Do not trust this dealership, and especially do not trust them for used cars, not even CPO.

My recent visit to Mountain View BMW was far from the high-quality experience one would expect from such a renowned luxury car dealership.I encountered a saleswoman named Nicolette, who, instead of exhibiting the professionalism and courtesy typical of luxury car dealerships, displayed behavior that was less than satisfactory. As a Caucasian sales representative, her conduct was less than welcoming, which was quite surprising and disconcerting. Moreover, I also interacted with Suraj, a salesperson of east Indian origin. Unfortunately, his negotiation skills left much to be desired. It felt as if he was merely acting as a pawn of sales manager and was unable to provide the flexibility and understanding necessary for successful negotiation in a dealership of this caliber.they wasted 3 hours of my time .The most distressing part of my visit, however, was the prejudiced attitude I experienced. The sales manager, also of Caucasian descent, was not only rude but exhibited behavior that was derogatory towards me. As a medical professional of Indian origin, I felt as if he was suggesting that I was out of place in their dealership, even implying that I should be purchasing a Toyota Corolla instead of a BMW, despite my current ownership of a BMW M8 Competition model.Experiencing such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and deeply troubling. It is a fundamental expectation that every customer should be treated with respect and equality, irrespective of their racial or ethnic background, or their profession. The experience was unsettling, and I hope Mountain View BMW takes immediate steps to rectify this issue. Their staff must be trained to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect in all customer interactions. We are part of a diverse and multi-cultural world, and it is crucial that businesses reflect this in their customer service. I sincerely hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call for Mountain View BMW and aids them in fostering a more inclusive and respectful atmosphere for all future customers.

We shopped for a BMW recently, and while we didn't end up buying it from this dealer, we were very pleased with the treatment we received with Dean. We bought someone else simply because they had the car with the very specific options we wanted. Dean was very helpful and attentive throughout our shopping experience. Next time we're in the market for a BMW, we'll definitely contact him. And my kid says thanks for the Nothing Bundt Cake cupcakes.
