Very positive experience purchasing my BMW at BMW of Mountain View! Naz is an excellent salesman and made me feel very comfortable making my purchase. Everyone there is great to work with and I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

First time servicing a BMW, but it was a great experience. Made an appointment online within a couple days. Just drove in and was immediately helped. Hugo was friendly and got me ride back to work while I waited for my car to be serviced (just an oil change). I got constant updates, plus videos from the technician on how my car looked. Amazing! Then a car came and picked me up and my car, just washed, was driven to the front and I was off. Couldn't have had a better experience! I see why people buy BMWs.

My sales rep. was so courteous and got a lot of advices for purchasing EV car. The finance services was kind of opressive for me, but I had goreat deal with the service. Thank you so much BMW mountain view.

My BMW i4's CarPlay the navigation drifts randomly so I had a service here. Unfortunately, my service experience with representative Wayne Hong was highly unprofessional.
1. Upon arriving at the store, Mr. Hong left us unattended for about 10 minutes without explanation or offering us a seat.
2. After reconnecting Bluetooth, the navigation temporarily worked, which is expected, but it will drift again during driving after once a while. It's a serious safty issue to us because next time we will have to manually reset everything while driving on a high way (it happened to us multiple times!). But Mr. Hong refused to have the car inspected further or escalate the issue.
3. Mr. Hong attributed the problem to my iPhone's data and suggested resetting the phone. When I inquired how frequently this should be done, he responded dismissively, asking, "How often do you update your iPhone?"
4. Knowing I want my car to have an inspection at shop even it's temporiliy working, Mr Hong said to me "it's a waste of his time".
5. After our test drive, Mr. Hong walked away without any feedback or follow-up, leaving the car and ignoring me completely.
6. I had to approach him again, and he promised to call me the next day to arrange an inspection, but he never followed through.
I hoped Mr. Hong’s behavior was not reflective of BMW Mountain View, so I tried contacting the "GM's phone number" provided one the google review. However, it turned out to be a robot sales number.
Here they are just acting like they care about their customers, but actually they don't. I'll keep sharing my experience to BMW and autonation if I don't get a response.

Our experience throughout the ordering, all communications, and pick-up of our new BMW was extremely professional with Client Advisor, Mark Ivensky. Mark was exceptional!!! His thorough knowledge of the new car, style, personality, and in explaining everything clearly earned a rating of 10 out of 10. He is a wonderful representative for BMW and the Mountain View dealership. Our experience in dealing with Sales Manager, JayAlsamarral, were also professional and helpful. One significant negative, which we did not want to lower our five star rating for Mark and Jay, was the documentation, discussion of warranties, and payment for our new car with Nick. Nick was arrogant, overly aggressive, and wouldn't accept our clear and repetitive statements of what we would do or not do. For example, Nick kept offering us "his" discount for warranties; he succeeded in turning my wife and me off. My wife got to the point she was ready to walk and start over with another Bay Area dealer. As a closer, Nick is clearly the wrong person for us. I previously purchased BMW's from dealers in San Rafael and Palm Springs without any unusual negatives. Our rating of five stars stands because of exceptional professionalism by Mark.

Our recent visit to BMW Mountain View was a very pleasant one, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our service rep Wayne Hong is not only very knowledgeable but also went up and beyond helping us resolve the cost issue so we can have our car fixed at a fair price. As always he put all the potential problems as notes for us for future reference, we are very satisfied with his service at BMW!

I recently visited BMW in Mountain View for an urgent battery replacement, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. My car battery died over the weekend, and I was worried about getting it replaced in time for an important afternoon appointment. Wayne, my service advisor, was truly wonderful. He understood the urgency of my situation and went above and beyond to ensure my battery was replaced quickly. Thanks to Wayne's prompt and efficient service, I was able to make it to my appointment without any issues. Highly recommend!
