They were super considerate and respectful with picking up my car and helped to drop off something I had forgotten in the car too! After a very stressful day it was great to have some good customer service.

I arrived at noon after miles and miles of driving and they closed the door in my face. Said they were going to lunch. They could see that I am disabled and yet they expected me to stand there for an hour while they went to lunch. I don't know who the owner is, but your employees suck. I worked through my lunch for 30+ years to accommodate customers. Terrible!

Excellent customer service from Giovanni! He alleviated a stressful situation just by being patient and friendly. Sometimes people forget to be kind to each other when busy in their work flow, so it was lovely speaking to a staff member who tried his very best to help.

THIEVES!Stole my new iPad mini when my car was held there for a few days. Genius thief turned it on when they got home, and location pinged in Watsonville!This is something that was vital to my education, and these people are out here just taking advantage of vulnerable folks.Service: Car towing

This company overcharge for tow and storage fees. My towing doesn't take more than 30 minutes they charged for 1000 for towing+many unreasonable fees

I would 0 star if I could. Family had an accident, and their towing services ultimately stole personally belongings from our car.Do not do business with unethical people!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING!!!!!I had an accident and they were called by local PD against my wishes and when they got there the driver DAVID LOPEZ told me he couldn’t take it to the shop I wanted him to and that he “had” to take to it to his yard where I would have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get it out. The next day I called him to ask how much it would be and he hung up on me and when I tried to call back they never picked up. I finally went to the yard and they said it would be over $700 to get it out as my insurance didnt cover it.They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I wouldve been better off having a horse tow my car.Service: Car towing

Worst towing company in the Bay Area. Rude employees. They literally hold your car hostage. They overcharge and have the worst customer service. Seriously hoping they go out of business and someone calls them out on their borderline illegal and shady behavior and business model.

Was ready to leave for Tahoe and our fairly new Sequioa wouldn’t start and made a weird rattling noice when we attempted to start it. AAA estimate to get it towed to the dealership in 120 minutes. We looked around, to find another towing company, as we wanted to get it to the dealership before they closed on a Sunday. No one was able to commit to coming sooner than 2 hrs. When I talked to Bill’s Towing the operator was very nice, explained to her the situation, and she quoted 30 - 45 min. I could’t believe it, and in fact Mel, their driver, showed up with a flatbed truck in 19 min. In addition, when he heard the weird noise he said right away, “that is the battery”. He got it jump started and it started right away. He explained a few things to us, was very knowledgeable and calmed me down not to worry and just take it to the dealership for a battery replacement. Turns out, it was in fact just the battery.I don’t know why this place is getting some of the the very low reviews, but I noticed while talking to the operator that they deal with law enforcement tows as well, and I know that brings with it some already very irritated people.We give them 5 stars, couldn’t be more pleased with their service and we will check out their car repair shop they have for our older vehicles.Services: Car towing
