None of the washers/dryers work, and the employees are not helpful at all. They hog all the workable machines while customers have to play Russian roulette with the other units. Not cool this place should be closed down and renovated

I've known a few of the workers here. The owner and his wife intimidate and threaten workers to call immigration on them for unpaid wages (allegedly). I've walked in with my friend to ask for her money so I KNOW PERSONALLY. They mistreat these poor women not knowing the sacrifices they make to take care of their children some as single mothers.

I was staying nearby in the Hampton Inn, and needed to get laundry done. This place was convenient, and the staff were professional. I don't often use laundromats, but they were helpful in pointing me towards the best machines to use. I was in and out in less than an hour for one load of laundry.

I went yesterday. There is only 5 washers working. Only 6 dryers working. I never will go back. It's a terrible place. Whom I assumed was the owner. I greeted him nicely and he didn't even acknowledge me. Very unfriendly.

We have been using their wash and fold for years now! Always done right and on time. Available 7 days a week. Friendly staff. Cash only.

As far as laundromats go, it is 5 stars. The people only seem offstandish but really they're super nice.

I would give it a zero star if I could. That's how terrible this place is. It's my first time here since my hotel doesn't offer laundry service during COVID. First thing, I was at the front waiting to get change since the coin machine is not working. The lady was on a phone and said Hi. I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. Then she said it again and this time louder and a bit annoyed so I looked at her. She ask how can she help me. I said I need coins to dry my clothes. I only had one $1 and $10 bill so I gave her the $10 since I needed at least $2 worth to dry my clothes. She had a lot of quarters but asked if I have $2. I said no I don't, only $1 and $10 bill. She seem annoyed. She asked again, if I have $2. I said I don't and I just show her my bills in my wallet too. Then she took my $10 bill and said she will give me $5 of quarters and will give me back change of $5. I said can I just get $3 max of quarters and would like a change of $7. She said, she rather give me $5 of quarters and was annoyed. At this point, I was getting irritated of how her customer service is. I said whatever makes it easy so I can just finish drying my clothes. I found a group of machine that has lights on looking like it's operable. I put my clothes and coins and but then it wouldn't run. I asked a lady over and she was so irritated and said that machine does not work. Pick the other ones. At this point I was furious. I said if the machine has the same lights on as all the other ones, how would I know which one works or not. She just said pick the other one. So I asked for my refund for that one machine because it took the money but wouldn't start. Her attitude is so poor when she go get me the the quarters that were due. Just terrible customer service. I'm only in town for some work so I'll never be back anyways.

This is a great laundromat. Very, very clean. All the washing machines are front loading. They have big washers for blankets, sleeping bags, etc. There are also oversized dryers to accommodate these. Because this place is set back off the road, it is always fairly empty. The best part about this laundry is their overnight 'Wash & Fold' service. Ask for bleach if you want your clothes sorted -(colors / whites). They fold everything with care. (I have no association with this place, except as a customer). Even T-shirts are folded. And the best part: they only charge $1.00 per pound! Other laundromats in the area charge between $2.50 and $3.50 per pound, and do an inferior service. At another place, I would have (and have) paid $45 - $50. And have had some of my clothes taken. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is because the machines are a bit old, and the women who work there are from the East Bloc nations, and speak very authoritarian. They are not as mean as they sound. No bite to the bark.

Only 3 machines were *not broken*, two of them were humongeous. The third got stuck on its cycle and never progressed... Waiting..... The attendant came and restarted it. No hot water at all. Dude later informed me when i questioned why the front of machine felt cold. Machines are dirty, old soap and mold in the detergent compartments. I recommend you take your laundry some where else. The one other customer informed me that dryer 11 gets super hot, so be careful not to burn your clothes. . Uhm.. I'm bringing all my wet clothes to a different larmat nos. I'm doneube.
