This has to be the absolute worst, rude and unprofessional branch that I've dealt with. Be leery of Teller Ms. Sandra J. Diaz. Aside from apparently being "blind and deaf", her colleagues are quick to apologize for anything and everything she may have done, while they also find that they cannot access your account information and assure that other banks can help for free. I ask to file a formal complaint and they state that they will speak with her. I suggest they share their security camera footage and review with their team.

1 banker so had to wait 1.5 hours to close out a safe deposit box. I am a platinum honors tier customer but it doesn't matter.

Second time waiting at this Bank of America for opening a business saving account. First time waited about one hour and cannot wait any longer. This time is a Friday. Got in and saw one clerk said he will come back and help me. Waited for half an hour and then realized he did not put me in the queue so I have to wait i in the queue again. Now one hour later, still waiting... worst customer service ever. Will switch my bank.

This is the worst branch I have ever visited. They don't care about the customers at all. 15-20 people waiting in the line, only 1 or 2 tellers working. Staff is quite inexperienced. They couldn't handle an easy transaction which I have done several times in other branches without frustrating me.

They will literally have a line going out the door. With 1 or 2 people working with 5 in the back standing around talking. Will be closing my account after this visit, this is ridiculous.

This bank has the longest line I have ever seen in my life. I left and came back on my lunch break, and I think the same people was still there

This location sucks longest line that takes forever and very few tellers to help. Waiting here for last 22 minutes and have 9 people ahead of me and now there are more than 20 people back of me. For this location there should be more then 3 tellers !!!

This is by far one of the worse branches!! I've been bofa client for a long time!! I came to get a replacement atm they had two bankers for 10 min didn't offered to help two clients that had appointments came In late to their 12 pm appt this time that I waited they could of assist me while they waited for their late appts. I didn't made an appointment and I understand they are priority but if they are waiting and doing nothing they could if at least offer to help. The line for tellers is loooong as they only have 2 tellers on the window such a bad business!!!!!

The experience here is the worst. The staff is unfriendly, unmotivated and slow. It's absolutely ridiculous. People are sitting around without any noticable progress or communication with customers. Heading off to lunch an hour before closing time with a huuuuge line. Being dismissive to customers. I really regret bringing new customers here to open a bank account. This is really embarrassing.

Because the Mountain View Castro location was closed for renovation, decided to come here and give it another try. What the hell was I thinking? A queue of 10 people, only two tellers, each teller spending about 4 min per customer. Essentially a 20 minute wait, so I just left. Amazing how much time you can waste at this branch. Ended missing my monthly cutoff, so my accounting is going to be off for the month of May. Thanks for nothing

2 tellers for 15 people in line. As people enter the line, the 3rd teller invariably disappears upstairs. Other people working at the bank, maybe loan officer or branch mgr (?) follow suit. As someone enters the line, they take a break.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would! The worst customer service I've ever seen. 20 people waiting in line and 2 windows opened. The bank and it's employees didn't give a damn about their customers!! Cold, unwelcoming and extremely slow. Withdrew my account and will take my business elsewhere!!! Will never do business with this bank company again!!

I wish could go with zero star for the service. Have been using this branch for around 3 years as this is the closest one to my house. Suffer from long wait time ever time. No exception. Today had a extremely horrible experience. I went to the counter to withdraw cash. I've withdrawn the exactly same amount last month. No problem. However, this time my request was rejected as the branch manager disapproved my request without any valid reason. To be clear, it's within my daily limit. If the branch manager has the right to deny your withdraw request which is well within your daily limit, would it be just a joke to have the customer set a daily withdraw limit? Cannot believe I cannot withdraw my own money from my own banking account!

I'm not sure why so many reviewers complain of long lines. Maybe some times are worse than others? I usually come in the morning and I don't have to wait long. I've been coming to this branch for many years and I've always been treated very well.
