They charge you 10 percent to use the coin changer which is really cheesy and pathetic. I've never seen that before. It was dirty, dryer sheets and plastic bags everywhere. people are using the machines which are high already, the ones they charge 7.00 for most places charge 5.75 for then they get you again with the change machine! Talk about squeezing your customers for giving you business. They don't appreciate my business obviously! Getting 18.00 back from a 20.00 is a slap in the face! That would of dried a load. I will never use this laundry mat again.

UPDATE:*UNBELIEVABLE* The power went out, so their procedure is to: have somebody come to kick everybody out, lock the doors, and not let you access your laundry. You would think that they would have a battery backup for their video security system so that customers can stay with their clothes until power returns, or just pay someone to be on premise.I definitely won't be back and will be seeking a refund.*****Can only dry, or use the two largest sizes of washers with a card. The rest, as name suggests, are coin-op only. Prices seem a touch higher than other card-pay laundromats nearby.

I went yesterday around 10:15pm, two ladies were cleaning so I asked if I could use the washing machines and they said they the last wash it’s at 10:00pm because they close at 11:00pm so I left. I searched the time so I can come tomorrow morning and I noticed that they are supposed to close at midnight and the last wash it’s at 11:00pm,

Came here on a whim. Pictures showed it was clean looking. Went here to do a good amount of laundry. Place is clean and the machines look brand new.Really easy to get my loads done. Highly recommend this place to get your laundry done. The cleanliness is the high upside of this place.

Note to the owner! Your laundry change machine steals $5 for every bill over $10. Please fix and hopefully it isn't intentionally set to steal from customers

Do not use your credit card to do your laundry here. I literally got charged $30 for 1 load of laundry and there isn't any contact number to reach out to them. There machine just took whatever amount it felt like and there isnt any way to reach out to them for a refund which is fraudulent. So make sure you use quarters and also don't use the quarter machine here because it doesn't work properly it will short change you. I don't know if this is a way of ripping people off, but their machines are very fraudulent.

This will be the last time I'm doing my laundry here.. not only they steal money from the coin changer (make sure you count your money every time you get change ) I noticed this for awhile, I'm always shorts with change every time I get change from their machine. And. Plus they don't have. Hot or warm water even if you paid extra.. they don't have customer service phone number and not only that you won't be able to find out the code for the restroom.... You guys should close , the way you guys run your business is not good... at least put a number to call if clothes got stuck or short on change.. tsk tsk tsk
