Samsung tv took forever to turn on. Peter's response to this problem was extremely rapid, efficient, and very reasonable. I cannot imagine better service! I can definitely recommend Peter and Awake TV for any home entertainment projects or problems.

My Sony Bravia 3D TV was not responding to remote controls. The technician ordered a new motherboard (took a week), replaced the part in my home, and all is well again. (They don't make 3D TVs any more). Now I have to hook it all up and watch 3D movies.

No need to keep looking, this is the one. Without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had with any repair person. Our TV died on Monday night, I called on Tuesday, Peter offered to come Wednesday but it didn't work for my schedule. He came to my house Thursday, helped me dismount our 85" TV from the wall, diagnosed the dead motherboard, and because he was concerned that the TV was off the wall and knew we needed to get it fixed ASAP, got me the part we needed THE SAME DAY. Then he offered to come back the next day to finish repairing it, but because we were going out of town, came back THAT SAME NIGHT after hours to install the part and remount the TV. I can't say enough about how great Peter was to work with. I would give him 10 stars if I could!!

Very professional, friendly, clear. Delight to work with. Came to house, diagnosed the TV, took away the burned out board and the power supply board also (for soldering preventative maintenance). Part was available within about a week and came to house to replace it. Great service!

Throughout the diagnosis process of a CRT TV I bought, Peter was very responsive and helpful. Had I not got advice from Peter, I would have likely unnecessarily calibrated my TV's geometry for the worse and not have known that CRT TV's normally don't have perfect geometry like modern TV's.

I have a flat screen to be repaired. Awake TV has a 5 star rating with good reviews. The website says they are open now and open till 8:30 PM. I drive to the location. The place is locked up. I call a number and who ever finally answers says that he is on a service call and won't be back for 90 minutes. I am not a happy camper and will not recommend this one room shop that has TVs piled from floor to ceiling to anyone!

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Peter answered the phone when I called; he came to our house the same day (Saturday) and accurately diagnosed the problem with our TV; he found the replacement part (which was no longer being made); and on Tuesday (following a Monday holiday), he came to our house again and fixed the TV. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient--and very reasonable in his charges. We saved so much money and resources by getting our TV repaired instead of buying a new one. We are very grateful!

I brought in a old CRT monitor for my old computer. Peter Fully repaired it with a great price! It means alot to me for this was my old family computer.
