My husband and I are very happy with the outcome working with Julie. She is a superb designer. She collaborated with us to design our foyer, kitchen, laundry room and family room. We had never done such a large project before. Julie was able to transform our ideas into gorgeous, functional results. We were very impressed with her attention to detail, especially regarding designing the kitchen cabinetry. She has great, creative ideas, and is very easy to work with. She makes herself readily available to address even the smallest design issues. On the delivery day, Alla and the delivery team arrived on the site on time. They unloaded all boxes in a very short time. It is so great working with Artistic Kitchen Design & Remodeling team.

After shopping around for kitchen cabinets, two places in SJ and one other in Mountain View, not satisfied, we stopped by Artistic Kitchen at El Camino and Grant. It was our sheer luck Julie Binik happened to greet us. Armed with wealth of information, expertise, clear diction, warmth and no hesitation to answer questions, we right away knew we had finally met the right person and have arrived at the right place. Made an appointment with Julie, discussed our vision, specific needs, idea of a haulistic kitche, and the budget. Within a few days we were on our way to finalize the most mindfully, and tactically designed, practical kitchen by Julie Binik. All other AK employees we interacted after were equally responsible and pleasant. Cabinet order was tracked and AK kept us informed and was delivered on time. Then came the install. Tricky? Not this one. Even the installer was pleasantly surprised how precise the design vs. the cabinets and appliances delivered. The installer infact said it was one of the most enjoyable jobs he had done. There was an instance, the installer made an error scribing a panel. Julie responded right away and expedited the process to get that panel delivered. We also had Julie order handles for the kitchen and yet again it was a pleasure. She personally quality checked each and every handle, and one that didn't meet her higher standards was re-ordered right away. As we are reaching an end of a 6mo remodel, having interacted with various contractors and sub contractors and designers, Julie Binik and AK would be the one we would recommend to anyone with absolutely no reservations.

We changed the cabinets of our bathrooms and we had an amazing experience working with Julie and her team at artistic kitchen design. The communication was excellent throughout. The order was placed in a timely manner and everything arrived on time. On the delivery day everyone/everything was very professional and organized. During building of our cabinets there was a mistake by our contractor due to which we ended up needing an extra cabinet piece and Julie was very kind to offer it to us at no charge to replace the old one. We are very happy with the products /services provided and highly recommend working with them!

We were extremely pleased with our kitchen design and remodel by AKD. Our designer, Karmela, presented a multitude of design options, all of which thoughtfully took into consideration the goals for our new kitchen. Ultimately, we chose an incredibly creative design that increased our cabinet and countertop space.We appreciated that Karmela kept everything on schedule and that Charles visited our home when work was being performed to ensure that construction matched design plans. Charles has an incredible eye for detail. We were updated when work schedules needed to be rearranged and all of the crews were punctual and reliable. Choosing Artistic Kitchen and designer Julie to design our kitchen cabinets is one of the best decisions we made for our home remodeling project.Julie is professional. She knows the cabinet brands they carried very well. She has a great taste on choosing the color and style. She pays extra attention to the details. The kitchen island, every cabinet and appliance were perfectly placed in the room.Julie is responsive. She always listens to our need first and consumes it well. When we had hard time making a decision, she helped us figuring out the right solution. From designing to installation, we could fully count on Julie to address our questions and concerns.The whole team of Artistic Kitchen is also easy to work with and very helpful. We were always welcomed in the showroom. The process is well communicated at every stage from cabinet design to delivery.If there is any future opportunity, we would still go with Artistic Kitchen and recommend it to all our friends!!

I cannot rave enough about Artistic Kitchen, especially Julie Binik, our kitchen designer! Everyone we interacted with at AK was responsive and professional, and Julie went above and beyond. We were looking to replace existing kitchen cabinets and were most inspired by the displays in the AK showroom than by other local vendors. Julie patiently collaborated with us during the cabinet design process, responding attentively to our ideas, questions, and changes to arrive at the final design. Julie made thoughtful recommendations to improve the overall function of the kitchen, which were a testament to her years of experience and attention-to-detail. The cabinets arrived on the precise day that she told us they would. On delivery day, the process for ensuring order completion and correct cabinet installation was systematic. After delivery, Julie advised on installation and finishing details such as countertop edging and cabinet pull placement. If I could give 6 stars, I would!Services: Kitchen cabinet design

I am one of those skeptical, hands-on, picky clients when it comes to any project concerning my house. We had a major home remodel project underway in 2021. I was taking references and Julie Binik from Artistic Kitchens was referred to us by our project manager.I started the process of vetting designers and began talking to them. During my first, hour-long meeting with Julie, I noticed how professional and courteous she was. Julie certainly knows her craft and is updated on the latest design trends. When it came to the drawings and discussions, she patiently listened to all my ideas and had wonderful suggestions to add to the aesthetic. Julie made multiple visits to my property to ensure she was giving me the right suggestions (based on the natural light, floor color, backsplash type) on everything, including – the position of the island, countertop heights, different cabinet combinations, etc., and sometimes that meant additional work for her.Thanks to Julie, today I have my dream kitchen. It is functional, stunning, and looks like a page right out of one of those fancy home magazines. Because of this experience, I engaged Julie to design my pantry, mud room, and master bath vanity. I couldn’t be a more happier client!In conclusion, I am very impressed with Julie’s professionalism, strong work ethic, superb design abilities, and commitment to her clients. She carefully designed for our needs and worked with us through the process. When we embarked on our journey to remodel our 1980s Kitchen we shopped around at a lot of cabinet vendors. Most vendors came short on their ability to customise the cabinets to what I wanted or they didn’t seem to have great problem solving solutions for us.We happen to stumble upon Artistic Kitchen and boy are we so happy we did. I loved their show room set up. I saw all the configurations I wanted in my new kitchen and for the first time since I started planning the remodel I was excited!We worked with Kristin and she helped design out kitchen layout for us. I absolutely loved how she gave us options as to how we can attain all my wish lists items and still have a beautiful layout.She came to the house to look at what we had. Took all the measurements so she would be able to draw up the designs. Then asked me the most important question. What is it you don’t like about your kitchen? That for me was heart warming as I felt finally some one wants to understand why I want and better understand our needs.She had us come in a few times to the shopAnd work on the design layout until we were happy. I seriously appreciate that we had time to figure out what we wanted as it’s tough to decide everything in one day. Plus We didn’t feel pushed or pressured to making a decision right on the spot.Kristin helped us pick the right cabinet manufacturer and I am really glad we went with crystal cabinets. The feel of the cabinets is amazing. Solid wood and beautiful craftsmanship. I absolutely love them.We unfortunately didn’t have a good cabinet installer and he made lots of errors. Kristin was quick to put me in touch with her contact “Robert” and he was able to come out and fix all the installation mistakes the other guy did.I can’t say Thank you enough times on being part of our crazy journey and helping us get this fantastic result in the end.Thank you !!!Services: Custom cabinets
