I luv love ruv alliance gas due to their prices. I am a broke college student trynna survive and having a good price for my thirsty gas car is very nice. My car she consumes tons of gas and Silk Raven my car her name needs refill every 3-4 days. Alliance Gas are located in convenient places and definitely affordable in current society.

I don't recommend this gas station, it's a waste of your time and the cashier is rude and can't speak english. I visited this station around 9:30pm on 12/5. I had to switch to 3 different gas pumps because their pumps are faulty or didn't work. Also, I prepaid with cash, but the gas price went up in the middle of fueling, like 9:26pm, not something like 10pm you switch price. When the first problem happened, I talked to the cashier, he was rude and impatient cos I can't speak spanish. When a broken gas pump happened again, he was even condescending. He talked like I was an idiot and causing him troubles! Hello...? Your pumps are old and broken, and you can hardly use your cashier's machine and speak the language your works need. A monkey can probably do the job! Wasted me 40 mins there and being treated with disrespect!!

Used to have the most inexpensive gas in Mountain View until recently, when a new place down the street switched over from Shell. Sometimes their machines don’t work and you have to have cash to pay.

You should get your receipt after gassing at the shop inside with your charging machine number. The guy was so kind with a big smile

I bought 2 candies they ware spoiled I told attendant he said that they ware ok I keap on telling him that I eat masapanes all the time and that doe ware spoiled did not get exchange or money back I left them there I wish I would had my Karen with me

We went to a gas station on 4-2-23 and they didn't have regular gas we ask that the employee who working behind the counter he said don't have a regular gasoline ask him why didn't you put the sign out there? You're wasting the time for every customer he say his owner don't want to put the sign on the pump he out of regular gas, so this is ridiculous

The Indian kid that works here sometimes, is always rude and got a short temper. Last time I went, I just asked him to turn on the air compressor, and gets all mad at me for even asking.

Horrible customer service, for sure Bahadur shouldn't be a cashier, if he is annoyed for answer simple questions. Raising his voice and cussing me on his language. Unfortunately I really needed the gas if not I would walk away.

This is a good place to put gas but I have chosen many times to put in another gas station because of the cashier, the worst customer service seems that I ask for free gas nope I am paying for my gas and contributing so that the cashier can get his check.

Came here around 1:30 to get gas for a U-Haul truck.There were about 5-10 cars there to get gas as well, but the pumps were turned off, the doors were locked and the cashier inside signaled that they were closed.Such a waste of time, fill your Uhaul on your way back and skip this gas station if you want to refill the truck.

My car was out of gas I let the man working know that I wouldn't make it home. I asked if he could type in my debit card number since I didn't have the physical card he said no. I called my husband stressed if I would have to call AAA and wait for HOURS taking up their GAs pump from future purchases my car just sitting there. I figured out how to get my card on Samsung pay. I had never used it. When I go back in to pay the man doesn't want to help me Tap it. He is too busy counting the money for the day. When my husband on the phone is trying to guide me how to do it and it is not working my husband says why isn't he helping you? I said supposedly he will after counting the money because he put one finger up as in to say 1 min. I give the 2 stars instead of 1 because at least he tried to help me tap it and it failed again. Then I press fingerprint and pay button My first time figuring this out on My own when he states this will be the last time to try. I nodded. And it worked thank God because otherwise I wouldn't have "been allowed to attempt" a 3rd time and stuck at their pump until AAA came losing them business. He counted the cash a second time taking more than a minute to put my purchase in to give me a 2nd attempt with Samsung pay. Their were a few other customers coming in right then too so him counting the money=delay in putting in my gas order=delay for the other customers equals are customers your priority or counting money for the day? I will never visit an Alliance again.
