Today is the first time I visit the store. One of their employee is being very rude and ignore me while I was talking to him at the counter. He heard my question but didn’t want to answer it, so he just walked away and pretend he didn’t hear me. I never had this kind of experience before, and feel being insulted. Just because you didn’t want to answer the question and you can disrespect people like this makes me feel heartbroken! He looks like a middle age and wear glasses, I hope the store manager will have a better training to their employees and I will NEVER visit this store again!

• At least one cashier's English may be poor.• When I visited during a COVID-19 outbreak when Santa Clara County required shoppers to wear masks by law, the store had a prominently posted sign mandating masks. But the cashier wasn't wearing one.• While shopping that same morning, a customer who was also not wearing a mask entered.

I live next to this 7 eleven and we always receive bad customer service. If anyone or any of my family needs help or simply a pizza or a cup they always take their time or don't have anything. I walked in today and wanted a pizza and the guy told me that he didn't have time that if we didn't like it to leave and it's not the first time. It's always the same person at night and he is always disrespectful with people and especially women and has looks so perverted. So someone needs to say something.

Employees are rude and disrespectful .. the store was very cluttered and unorganized... I hate having to go because of the rude and disrespectful employees ! I would rather go 5 Miles out of my way in a storm so I am not treated so horribly.
