I find it funny that Jack would make the claim that the review that is negative should be disregarded. Why should it be disregarded? It's not a lie, so is it simply because it is negative? Sounds more like Jack is someone who works for the business, as I've heard from several people in the mountain ranch area with nothing but bad experiences in regards to this business. It's also telling that the "glowing" review was made after the first ever review was. There were no reviews on this page until the one star review, then suddenly a five star review was made the following month, roughly. The business owners fake review made by "jack" should be disregarded.
