Gas Stations near Mountain House, CA

“Great location and well stocked, everything here are very good. The only problem is that they open much less hours that most gas stations. They need to open 24x7 everyday. Right now closing at 8pm is ridiculous. You need to come up to speed with your customers because you are loosing our business. We go elsewhere to guy gas after 8pm and we end up not coming back since your hours are unreliable.”

“Stopped by here on the way to Bay Area and found the price cheaper than that is in LA.Station is clean, cool and quite empty. Especially each island has 3 pumps instead of 2. It makes the cars move much faster than others. The city is clean, quiet and nice. The only drawback is that the there seems no sign of the gas station and we had to turn around to enter. However, it was not too much trouble.I like the efficiency and cleanness of the station. CostCo has done a good job!Keep up the good work!”

“This is a very clean, well maintained AM/PM. There are lots of options and fun little odds and ends. Employees were nice, and gas prices were pretty good. Of the gas stations in that area, I would recommend this one.”

“As far as gas stations, go, it is one of the lesser expensive spots in Tracy. Also, I have witnessed many many times customers being extremely rude to the staff behind the counter. These guys remain cool and calm and just go about their business. Unlike other places where I have seen many times, the employees get in arguments with belligerent customers. This is usually the spot that I go to for a quick snack or to fill up the tank in or on the way out of town.”

“Nice little stop and go station. Two middle aged when have been there most of the times I have gone. One is really nice and the other seems not so happy to be there. Food next door is delicious!!”

“Went to fuel up on gas and saved some coins bc of the club price at the pump. We also went in to buy some snacks and drinks for the road and was served by the friendliest cashier. It was busy at the pumps outside but She had the biggest smile and friendliest upbeat tone. We were already having the best day to begin with and her friendly service made it that much more awesome. If we could clone more people like her everywhere, the world would be in a much better place.”

“Their prices are great here. All the pumps are always working when I've gone here and it's not as busy and the other arco near the freeway. It's always clean and I like that they have a car wash. I haven't interacted with staff here before so I cannot comment on that. Their machines are always working, which I appreciate and employees all wear masks and take Covid precautions. They share a parking lot with McDonald's and Walgreens which makes this place a great stop at the beginning of your day or at the end.”

“This place is now called "Michael's Market" and it currently sells Shell branded gas. Years ago this was a Valero station w/ a food shop. I don't come out to Discovery Bay too much anymore, but I stopped by for some gas and snacks on a Monday evening. Michael's Market is like a convenience store (c-store), but it's loaded with beer, wine and tobacco items. It has a fountain area and wide variety of snacks and candy. For awhile it was the only neighborhood shop around. But now the Discovery Bay shopping center is right next door. Yes, I saw the Confederate flag. But the clerk was friendly and helpful. I was wearing my work uniform w/ ID. People with jobs usually have money to spend. Michael's Market is a well stocked c-store that can save you a trip down the road to the Safeway shopping center. Shell gas prices were about average for the SF Bay Area. Located on the corner of Discovery Bay Blvd & Riverlake Rd.”

“I have gotten in the habit of picking my gas stations by both location AND what snacks they have. This particular station is a favorite for several reasons: convenience to the freeway (check), low prices (check), easy to get in and out (check), and good soda (check check). Someone at this station loves Cactus Cooler. It so happens I love Cactus Cooler and it can be hard to find. Walking in a finding it (consistently) is a real bonus. Even better, they added a car wash earlier this year. Some of the staff is really friendly and some isn't. I guess the two balance each other out. Terrific if you are paying cash because you don't have to go in the store. Recommended.”

“Met up with a long haul trucker buddy of mine to catch up. Got a sandwich at Subway and it was an easy place for him to have his truck chill for long enough for a meal with no trouble and easy access back onto the freeway to get going again...”

“Over the years a stop in Tracy is the perfect thing for a break between Elk Grove and the bay area. Its just about the half way point. This isn't my preferred exit - I like the other one with In N Out and Star Casino but that one doesn't have a Chevron. For as long as I can remember we always stopped in Tracy. They used to have this restaurant Orchards - with special home made apricot syrups to put on your French Toast that was to die for. Thats gone now turned into Black Bear diner. Leaves the problem of finding that new perfect routine. One of my routines is to aim for Chevron fuel. German cars can be finicky and if an engine light turns on it can be like diagnosing one of Dr House's patents. I don't need that. Prices were ok and receipt printed at the pump so no need to walk inside. I feel like most gas stations out there are like Black Bear diner. Just bla. Chevron feels more distinguished like Orchards. Call me crazy but maybe I'm just a sucker for the advertisements with all the happy little cars zooming around. Gone are the days of homemade syrups served at restaurants but I guess you can always count on that Techron availability.”

“Sunny and the crew are amazing. I know this is a 7-11 but I feel a sense of community here. There are many gas stations/convince stores near by, however I prefer to come here. No matter what time I go in I’m always treated with a smile.”
