Pretty disappointed in the customer service. I asked for a ride home because it was gonna be four hours + for me to sit and wait. I had a doctors appointment at one, but he would not allow it. He didn’t want the girl to be gone for an hour, driving to Montague and back, even though he sat there for four hours at his desk, minus lunch. She was more than willing to take me no problem.. time to go somewhere else. They had one customer all day that I was there So 4 1/2 hours later I finally got to go home I walk out front my truck is there. How long is it been sitting there as I sit and wait.! The whole thing just pissed me off

Really great auto repair and customer service. I have been bringing my car to them for years, and they have always been very honest, fairly priced, and good at the auto repairs and oil changes I have needed. The staff are very kind and friendly, and I have never felt that they were scamming me or trying to get me to spend more money than necessary. I highly recommend them!

I had the best vehicle purchase experience of my entire life. Daniel the Dealer manager and Kim the office manager in Mt. Shasta were undoubtedly the most kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasing to deal with. They took such good care, explained everything to us, worked with us on price and made sure we walked out the door happy and stayed happy as his assistant called a couple of days later to make sure everything was on point. All in the mist of a blizzard WOW! Thank you SJ Denham I will recommend you with a 5 star service and outcome every time.

Paul has been very helpful trying to figure out the stalling problem with my Chrysler 300c. It points to a pcm problem which is very expensive, but he's done everything he could do in hopes of avoiding that repair. Hopefully this last attempt works. ?
