This place is filled to the max with items. Don't go in if you are claustrophobic and the place would be. A death trap if it caught on fire. There are some prices listed for clothing and shoes but nothing is marked. List states the price but also says and up. You have to make your way through the maze to ask the worker at the register, who then makes up a price. I witnessed her tell a homeless woman that the shirts are $4 but the one she was holding is $5. The customer said she'd have to put it back because she only had $4. Why do that? It was a t-shirt. Let her have it at $4 or even better gift it to her! I also witnessed 2 other people ask the price of an item and say they had to put it back. $12 for a light jacket and $15 for a decorative bird house! If you're going to set the price at the register, you should be able to haggle the price. This has to be why there is wall to wall and floor to ceiling stuff. Nothing sells at those prices. Won't go back!

I have been going here for many years and this place used to be my favorite thrift store. However I have noticed the prices going up and up and they like to tell you how much the price is when you get to the counter. They rarely have sales so the placed is so packed it's hard to even look at the clothes on the rack cause they are packed so tight. They were having a sale today on winter clothes so I go in and spent an hour looking and found a couple of things I wanted including a sweater. So I go up to pay and the lady at the counter asks me where I found the sweater and I pointed to all the other sweaters and said "over there". She says " This is not part of the sale" I said "IT'S A SWEATER" she says " I know but....." I'm so sick of this place I just walked out. I will just stick to Greedwill since they have their prices clearly marked and when they say something is on sale they honor that price. Really disappointing.

Very kind staff. This wonderful shop is bursting to the gills with treasures from clothes to books, housewares and more. They work hard to support those in need and contribute valuable much-needed resources to the community. Thank you, New-2-You!

Full of treasures. My love said it was cluttered, but I saw lots of potential. Well organized and clean. Very pleasant lady at the counter. I found some unique glassware. Certainly worth a stop if you're in the area.

This place is the perfect little cozy shop to find everything from wool socks to books and even some outdoor stuff, found a pair of climbing boots in the free bin that I later used to summit Mt Shasta

What a treasure! This place first seems small but it's an old house, so every turn leads into a new room with a new theme. Scored a great pair of snow boots and regular boots for a steal.

This place is a cluttered mess, but they do keep their prices low on most of their items. Some good finds if you have a bit of time to go through it. Cash only so come prepared!

I honestly love this thrift store, but every interaction I’ve had with the two ladies I’ve seen working here have been cold and downright rude. I’m not sure what is going on in their lives that they have to be so callous with the people that are supporting their business, but I wish they would be nicer. I would feel a lot better about spending money here.

Came in with friends to do shopping. Lady walked up rudely talking about masks. So we left. Won’t be back. Found great little shops that were happy to take our money and polite.
