I was traveling from Spokane WA to Mt. Shasta and I Had a coolant reservoir cracked and a thermostat problem. D and Andy from your store went In my opinion above and beyond. Their normal job description to help me out.
I am mechanically disabled when it comes to vehicles and was freaking out. They both took the time to both calm me down and help me through the situation and got me back on the road to Washington. Huge thumbs up to them and your store. Bill

I came to replace a battery for my Nissan Pathfinder, after comparing prices with other local auto parts stores in town. NAPA auto parts gave me the best deal for a brand new battery and they replaced it for me at no extra cost. Cody, the store manger was super helpful, kind and attentive. I'm super grateful for the pleasant and professional customer service and highly recommend this store! God bless.

Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Plus most of what I needed was on sale! Last time I needed a batterie they even helped me install it on their lunch break ! And if they don't have the parts they order them for next day delivery. Thank-you napa mount shasta !
