We had taken our Tahoe to them a number of times, Repairs good until last time. Could not fix the problem cost us a lot of money and still did not fix the worst of it all I asked them to change out the spark plugs. He refused to do Saying that they were fine. The vehicle is in another shop now and they say the spark plugs are bad. Have not driven the vehicle because of the problem since it left Brooks after they had it for six months very disappointed never will go again!!!!!

Passing through in our campervan and noticed an oil and transmission leak. They were able to help us get back on the road quickly and were sensitive to our situation of being on the other side of the country with no where to stay but our camper. Friendly and attentive staff!

Our check engine light came on in the middle of our trip and we were concerned with what the cause might be. We brought our truck over to the shop and Chris came right out and ran a diagnostic test. He told us the issue and what we could do about it as we were in the middle of our trip. He was friendly, didn't charge us, and gave us peace of mind. Thank you for the great experience!

Can’t recommend this business enough! They went above and beyond to help out our family of 4 with 2 little kids. We were camping in McCloud and decided to venture up the mountain when our truck broke down. We made it to the shop and they had our truck fixed the same day. Even came to pick up my husband from the hotel to go back to the shop. These guys are wonderful.

I was passing through town on a road trip for a couple of days and my car was in need of an oil change. I called and was able to book an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival check in was quick and easy. The staff suggested I visit the nearby park while I wait as I had my pup with me. We enjoyed a very nice walk, and returned after 45 minutes. On top of the oil change they did an inspection of my vehicle which helped settle my nervousness for continued travel. I highly recommend brooks! The service and price were great!

Thanks to all the staff at Brooks - from the tow truck driver, to repair staff, to the front desk. We were on vacation and hit at pot hole on a dirt road. Our car was not drivable and we were afraid of the worst. We got a great and friendly tow to Brooks after hours. They put us on the lift in the morning and we were fortunate that the damage was limited to the front bumper and the plastic engine protector under the car. They got us fixed and back on the road in no time. We are so grateful! We travel to Shasta frequently and are glad to know we have somewhere great to go should we need help in the future.

My wife and I were traveling South on I-5 when all of a sudden we hear a loud bang and our check engine light comes on, saying reduced engine power. Luckily we were only a few miles from Brooks.
When I pulled in, it was clear they were very busy. We were on our way to a good friend's wedding and reality started to set in that we may not be able to make it.
The manager, Dave, was extremely friendly and helpful. Him and another mechanic were able to take a look and diagnose the issue within about 30 minutes of our arrival.
On Dave's recommendation, we took a quick walk around the local city park while they went to work. When we came back, they informed us that a few parts needed to be replaced. They had already ordered them with overnight shipping.
We booked a hotel and Dave was kind enough to drive us over himself. By the time we had to check out in the morning, they had completed the repairs and picked us up from the hotel in our own vehicle. We were back on the road before noon and thankfully, will be able to still make our friends wedding.
My wife and I are still blown away at how phenomenal their service was. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!!

as I've said before on a review that my car continuously would be dead every time I would try to go somewhere after brooks put a new battery in. for 1 year after that they would have me bring my car in again and again .to tell me they couldn't find out why , so after my last review I left dissatisfied ,I waisted so much time and gas and energy coming back again and again .they said we will not work on your car unless you remove your review . well I'm here to tell you that I took my car elsewhere and it was the battery .so now my car starts every time why didn't they know that? .that makes me so mad that they couldn't figure that out .!!
