With all the ease of use technology available today including ATMs, apps and websites I really don't have to go to my bank as much as I used to unless I'm having problems. Every time I have do have to do in person banking they are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and if I'm having issues they help me resolve it. The manager and his team are great.

Terrible branch. Never go here, go to the SLO establishment instead. I have been with Wells Fargo for 8 years now and have never had a good experience with this branch. Other locations have been phenomenal at helping and taking care of my banking needs, this one not at all. From being closed absurd amounts of time throughout COVID, to just being closed on random days, not having staff that can actually help you with your banking needs, keep in mind. A bank that cannot help you with banking. I have given this branch far too many chances and they have come up short every time, if I could give it zero stars I would. Get your branch together Morro Bay Wells.

Open the branch, what is wrong with you people. How can you keep it closed since March. Every other bank in their mom has opened up but y’all can’t? I know your saving a lot of money not opening. I’m moving all my accounts including business account from your company, your scam you ran last time should have been enough for me to leave but this is last straw. Open the branch now! Been closed since March..... all other banks have opened up but these greedy people refuse to open to save money. Don't worry I'm moving my business and personal bank accounts to banks that have reopened.

They stoled a hundred dollars from me 2004 slamming me with four extra checking accounts that I didn't ask for or want and it went on for a few months before I caught on and closed my five accounts. I heard that there is a settlement but I haven't been contacted. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again. You wouldn't expect to get ripped off by your own bank and I had no recourse at the time raising three children. They should be out of business

Just went in for a quick cash withdrawal and the person that helped me was nice and seemed to know what she was doing. Sometimes you go to big companies and the employees seem to look at customers like they are just one more thing to deal with but that wasn't the case here so that is refreshing.

I love to collect ones with different number sequences. I got $200 in ones. When I went to turn in $175 and get others was told there aren't any more. The excuse was that they are a small branch. She couldn't bother to get any from anyone else. So I deposited it and left. Very poor service. Not impressed.

I'm a new customer with Wells Fargo and they have shown me real customer service. The location is convenient, space is organized and comfortable, and the employees are exceptional. Everyone I encountered has been helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They're willing to take one on one time to ensure all your questions are answered and all your needs are met. Haven't dug deep into the online banking as of yet but so far it appears desirable. So happy to start baking with them.

At first I went to the full branch in SLO but this is also a full service branch and has a lot better customer service, esp Robby tried to fix what SLO screwed up.

The only reason this Wells Fargo even gets 1 star is because I cannot leave a review without at least 1 star! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank...they are there to steal your money not guard it..and they have made that VERY clear in the last two weeks. FYI for anyone that banks through Wells Fargo if you have the app on your phone for your account....you cannot rely on your balance because its not the correct balance that came straight out of the bank managers MOUTH! So what is the point of the APP? Also..when you verify time after time that there is overdraft protection and they tell you there is no way you can be overdrafted and then overdraft you 4 times in one month because the "App" says you have a certain amount....and then say sorry we cant do anything about it... What a JOKE Worst bank I have ever done business with by far!! Take your money and go to Chase or a Credit Union...anywhere but here!!

This branch works their butts off and all the staff are such hard workers I've been a local since 2008 banking here and I will not bank anywhere else. Convenient hours 9-6 Mon-Sat and fully staffed with no lines and if there is a line they are there to engage and make the visit smooth and enjoyable. With so many choices in Morro Bay, this is the only bank I will patronize.
