Best shirt shop on the Embarcadero- best selection and best prices. We were able to get some souvenirs for friends and family who were expecting gifts when we returned home. Happy the they have extended sizes- they carry up to 5XL. Most of the selections for men went up to 3XL. No extra charges for using your credit card- purchase just needs to be at least $4 Same guy was working the 3x we popped in during our recent visit to MB- he was happy to let us try on various items and take photos to send home to friends and family to ask color and size questions. They even had new items that went out on the sales rack while we were here- made hubby very happy. He gleefully said it was going to make his fall wardrobe more exciting.

Just like the other 2 recent reviews, had a bad customer service experience here too. Walked into the store to no greeting, which I normally don't mind except a couple of patrons came in after and nicely asked a question about selection. The cashier grumpily pointed them in the direction of "those people" aka me and my bf. When not finding what she wanted, the customer said thank you before leaving the store and the cashier made an annoyed sound. Immediately dropped the things I'd picked up and walked right out too. No need for such attitude, especially when people are being nice.

I gave them a call and ordered 2 shirts and they sent them out really quick and I got them quick too. I was really pleased

If you are looking to wander and see what the store has to offer, then I say go for it! Lots of items for souvenirs, t-shirts, sweatshirts and craft items to help inspire you for your creativity. If you are looking to overspend on your souvenirs, attire and crafted items- this is your place. If you are also wanting to be ignored or not assisted in any way or even have absolutely no smiles or general common courtesy- this is absolutely your spot. I will never shop here again.

Literally the rudest, trashiest staff. Items not clearly marked, tried to overcharge double on items outside on racks. When price was doubled at cashier, 3 different employees, doing absolutely nothing, but standing and scrolling through their cell phones, stopped to YELL at me, the customer, trying to purchase $$$ their merchandise. Then continued to scoff as I left the store. Don't shop here, these people are BEYOND RUDE, not worth your business!!!

My wife tried to buy a hat and a sticker from them. The people running the register didn't seem to know what they were doing. She tried to pay cash, but they said a card would be easier. Whatever, so she used her card. They charged the card, but told her it didn't go through. They then proceeded to try to charge it again multiple times. After what felt like an eternity, she finally gave up and just left. After lunch, I checked our bank account. The charge had gone through. So, I went back to try to get the items we had apparently paid for. Although I showed them the charge on my bank app, they didn't know how to verify it on their end. So, they refused to give me what we had paid for. Sounds kind of like robbery to me. They even had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pay a second time for the items. Umm, no thanks. Anyway, I gave them my phone number (the guy wanted to write my credit card number on his sticky note, too!), and now I'm waiting for some guy named Don to call me and fix their mistake. They have until tomorrow before I refer it to the fraud department of my bank. Terrible experience. 0/10. Do not recommend.

I freaken love this shop. They have the best selection of shirts and sweats at the best prices. Staff are always very friendly. It's a go-to whenever I'm in Morro bay. I have about five or more of their shirts and some sweats.

Friendly staff, always a go to spot to get some nice Morro Bay shirts for friends and family. I especially like that they have a large infant/child section. Been coming here for years for gifts and hope to continue getting gifts here for years to come. It is a bit tight to get through, but the selection is great.

We buy shirts here every year on our annual trip to Morro Bay. The shirts are very high quality, stand up to rough use, and are color fast. I find myself buying at least one or two shirts from the display by the cash register almost every time we go. Highly recommended!

I'm retired now and need not wear a crisp shirt and tie to look "professional". Increasingly, my personal wardrobe is a mass of sweaters and sweatshirts. While relaxing on a visit to Morro Bay, I stopped at The Shirt Shop and purchased two sweatshirts, only to return for another. The prices were reasonable, the sweatshirts are comfortable, and the sweatshirts have survived the cold wash, rinse cycle and dryer - the ultimate test, in my opinion - to emerge just as comfortable as they were when I first put them on. If you're in the area and want a sweatshirt (or two...or three), stop by and shop here.

Variety of gifts and apparel items at reasonable prices for the tourist. Store was clean. Cashier was polite, helpful and willing to answer questions.
