We called ahead to ask if they received packages and for how much. The employee on the phone confirmed they offered the service and mentioned a rate for the size of the box but never did they mention the fee was going to be charged per each day the package was stored. I clearly mentioned we were coming down the coast on a boat and would be there to pick up the package in a few days. The employee never had the common sense of mentioning the fee. Once I made the purchase and got the tracking number I called to let them know the package was under way and once again nothing was mentioned. When the package arrived I called again and for a third time nothing was mentioned. They waited until we showed up to the store to let us know the fee was charged daily.
I was very displeased with the whole experience. They had numerous opportunities to make sure we knew the fee was charged daily and never did so. I expressed my surprise and that was not right and all I was given was an apology. A decent business would have taken the opportunity to make things right and not charge the fee that was never mentioned. If we had known we would have either used a different shipping method or be prepared to pay such a high fee for a service we have used elsewhere and was only charged per box instead of also a storage fee.

Their hours are listed incorrectly. They are never open Saturday or Sunday and they don't open till 10:00 during the week.

This is truly a conflicted review. First, I want to give nothing but absolute praises and exceptional merit to the Parcel Technician named Sarah. She knows this industry like the back of her hand. She is able to multi-task... all while providing each and every customer excellent service... and while demonstrating- with great ease, the highest level of integrity possible. She is very personable, yet possesses the ability to maintain respectable professional boundaries. In my most humble assessment, she is honestly an amazing individual, who with her skill set and extraordinary experience (in this profession), makes her THE... absolute... most respected and valuable member of the team- there at this small town business in Morro Bay, CA. If I could give her 10 stars, I'd try to give her 20, as she has worked and dedicated herself to this business and she's earned this recognition! On a lesser note... it would be remiss of me, if I didn't also share the following. Customers like feeling special- important, if you will. Appreciated, in some manner. Afterall, we do have the luxury of selecting who we decide to support in business ventures. Regrettably, it seems... that perhaps... the folks responsible for the overall operations of this small home-town business may need a kind and gentle reminder of this. I encourage management to please, remember that they have a business, because they have customers who decide to do business with them. Failure to provide helpful services (in Sarah's absence), is not doing this business justice. It may be time to examine the message this business intends to send to their local, loyal, & supportive customers???

went to drop off some items for shipment and the way the clerk explained their processes was condescending and made me feel like i was a bother. sorry you had to make more phone calls during your shift!!!

Perry's is great!! I just shipped off my Christmas gifts and they offered the best rate to get a large package to Oregon. I had shipped another package at the UPS store and they didn't provide a tracking email like Perry's did. Earlier in the Pandemic I needed some notaries and copies, they were very respectful of the health protocols needed. When I shipped there the other day they had even put more protocols in place to protect their employees and their customers. I appreciate this. I love the little gifts they offer and have purchased countless little items as gifts over the years. They are always polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely return here for services in the future!!

Perry's is the best! Chris was very helpful when I went in to have a document notarized. He's friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Perry's in Morro Bay!

First time using Peery's before Christmas, staff was very helpful and cheerful staff; offered options and delivery rates. Helped me make sure my packages had enough strapping tape. Today I had to ship boxes because I am returning home. I understand needing to make a profit, but I was charged $45.45 for a 25 lb box. The same box was shipped to me from my home, weighing 30 lbs, and the fee was $27.00, both through FedEx. HUGE difference. I am really disappointed because it's a cute shop, bit I won't be using it again.
