We booked the 20 seater for my husband's 40th bday!! Everything from the moment I enquired about pricing was such a breeze! Derek made everything so easy and was in constant contact which was nice!! Bethany, our driver, was so sweet, professional, and made our experience so much more enjoyable!! The limo itself was very nice and clean and you can tell they put in extra thought into making it a great experience with all the extra things that they included such as champagne, water, and cups!! If looking for a limo I highly recommend this company!! Thank you guys for helping me make my husband's 40th such a blast!

I used elegant image limousine to chauffeur me and my friends to different wineries in Paso Robles for my 30th and it was amazing! Aaron was so friendly and professional and helped us keep on our time schedule, which was not an easy feat. Highly recommend this company as they are amazing and helpful from start to finish and very reasonably priced!

Have used this service before. Drivers are professional. Vehicles are clean. This time we took a wine tour one day and then used them for a concert the following evening. Everything was top notch.

Derek was so easy to work with and set-up a fantastic wine tasting tour for us in the Edna Valley. Eddie was our driver and he was A+, friendly, helpful and an all around great guy for the day. We went to Lateittia, Tolosa and Talley.....all fantastic wineries and they gave us the royal treatment. Eddie was on time to pick us up from Greengate Ranch and off we went in a 12 passenger limo bus with champagne and party tunes. We ended the day with more champagne and a fun but sad ride back as no one wanted the party to end. I HIGHLY recommend Elegant Limo and will always use them for future wine tour trips in the best area of CA.

We booked Elegant Image Limo (two 23 passenger vans and one 14 passenger van) for our wedding in Cayucos and everything exceeded my expectations: the buses were gorgeous inside / very clean and the drivers were all extremely friendly. On top of that, Derek was incredibly helpful and easy to work with during the whole planning process.Financially, Elegant's prices were in line, if not more affordable, than some of the other shuttle companies I reached out to in the area and it seems like the their vans are much nicer and newer than others. I would definitely recommend Elegant Image to anyone requiring a shuttle in the central coast.

Derek made booking a breeze. He was easy to communicate with. The limo bus was very clean and stocked with champagne, water, and ice. Vance, our limo bus driver, was great! He was very sweet, on time, and made us feel safe with his great driving. Highly recommend using Elegant Image for all your transportation needs!

We used Elegant Limousine to shuttle guests to and from our wedding in July. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about this company. Derek was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was quick with communication and helped make this process as seamless as it could be. Our guests RAVED about their shuttles and how nice they were. The drives went above and beyond for our guests and I truly cannot thank them enough. The drivers were seriously Rockstars. I hope to have another occasion where I can enjoy one of these shuttles myself. Highly recommend.

This shuttle service was such a pleasure to work with. We went back and forth so many times on size and number of vans for our wedding and they were patient and guided us through the process. They were on time and got our 130 guests from our venue to downtown Paso Robles with no issues. They even let us blast music and dance on the bus. It felt like we rented a party bus rather than a shuttle service. The drivers were amazing from start to finish and very reliable. Would hire again for any event!

I made arrangements for a couple from Austria to do a wine tasting tour by limo. They had an amazing day. The staff is professional and personable. The vehicle was like new. Elegant Image will happily recommend wineries or you can give them recommendations. They will work with you and can also make the tasting appointments. In the past I have used them for a party bus and that was a great experience as well. Thank you Elegant Image!
