Kobe was very helpful when I needed new ID tags for my dogs. He even put them on the collars for me.

Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive most of the time, occasionally a little on the high side. But they always have what I need in stock, so it's fine. Great selection of dog toys.
