Bought a 7’6 egg board from here a couple months ago, still super stoked on it! Chris is awesome, he listened to what I was looking for and let me take the demo version of the board out so I could see how it felt before buying it. My surfing has improved a lot since then, and the surfboard just keeps getting better and better. Thanks guys!

Very friendly, and I got a good rate for my rental. As I couldn't keep the board overnight, and could only use it for a few hours, they just spontaneously offered to lower the rate, which by the way was the lowest of all the Morro's shop. I loved the feel of that mid-length egg and am considering buying one. The guy that day was very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Not a fan. Went in to see about having a board made. Guy I talked to said he wasn't shaping because his hand hurt. Whem I asked some questions about the rack boards, he was short and just seemed annoyed. Walked out swearing I would never be back and bought a rack Stoneman. Will be reaching out to Shane for my next custom. Maybe I just caught Joe's on a bad day.

It's THE board shop in the central coast. They want people to leave with a board. They work with you on price as well as have great suggestions for surrounding surf conditions. They also give a fair price on trade ins. Great people! Buy here and keep them open!!

My GF and I just spent 5 weeks in the area and Chris at Joe's was an amazing resource for us. Being novices, we had many questions and needed a lot of help. He was very patient and shared his knowledge for all aspects of our adventure. We both got new boards after demoing a couple models and are on our way to being surfers. Thanks for all the help...I couldn't recommend this place enough and they deserve all the stars!!!

I am visiting from out of town and came in looking to upgrade my longboard. I was first impressed with the shops large selection of new and used boards. Followed by how friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful Joe was in educating me on longboard options. It was evident that he cared about my experience and that I chose a board I’d be happy with. I eventually settled on a used takayama and couldn’t be happier with my purchase or customer service. Joe’s is going to be my first stop every time I am in town. My only wish is that I had discovered the shop sooner.

Great place to go, family oriented and very knowledgeable, I called Joe on day morning and told him what me my daughter were looking for, not exact boards but the kind of surfing we do and that we wanted to have fun doing it. We showed up this morning (Wednesday) and he had some boards lined up for us to check out. We bought two new boards that he recommended and he set them up for us and we had a blast on them today. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks again guys and gal we appreciate it very much
