Ive been going to Hinson's tire for quite a few years for oil changes, tires and they're great never overcharge you they do a good job, very fair prices. Yesterday i dropped my car to see if they could tell me what was wrong with this new noise (its an old 2009 Toyota matrix with 200000 miles). They checked it out drove it, rotated the tires, and reassured me it was safe, said noise still there but much less, just tires cupping and No charge. Thanks ill continue bringing my business to Hinson's, Great place.

Horrible service. We had taken our car to get an oil change and they rotated the tires. Turns out later that day we noticed a weird noise. My sister’s co worker checked the back tires and noticed the bolts were not screwed on all the way. Thankfully her work place is only 2 mins away from her home. Called the tire shop and let them know what happened. Not even a “I am sorry about that” nothing. They thankfully checked it again and “fixed” whatever it was but again just no apology for a huge screw up. So, I suggest you double check their work if you get your tires rotated.

My aunt recently took her car in to get serviced. They forgot to turn off the maintenance required light in the vehicle on the dash and also didn't put in the recommended amount of transmission fluid, basically cheaped out on the amount. I checked the fluid hot and cold to see if it was just me, but there wasn't enough sadly. They can do great work depending on the mechanic, but their speed in servicing is affecting their quality of work. I also don't understand why they have problems with fixing drum brakes.

I took a damaged tire for repair and it was not to be. I was offered a used tire to match my other three. Hinson's mounted the tire and balanced it, charging me only $40.00 for the tire and mounting/balancing. I will be buying my tires locally at Hinson's going forward! Thank you, Hinson's!

Fast and courteous service. Had a flat tire on my RV. Took it in and had the valve stem replaced. No issues, and no problems. Would highly recommend these guys!

Got my alignment done here. Everything went as it should as far as the alignment. I rate them three stars because when I picked up my vehicle it reeked of fart inside. Can’t believe the mechanics are not smart enough to know to not fart in customer’s cars. Still undecided if I’ll return or not.

Hinson's provides quality work at fair prices. I have been a customer for over 30 years. Thank you for being open on Saturday morning for your customers! Half-Measures Hinson'sDay 1 : 3 hrs. 4 tires + aliment = $730.00. Aliment incorrect. Car drifting left into oncoming traffic .Day 2 : 1/2 hour " 3 ahead of you, can't fix it today, come back Monday"Day 3 : 2 hours. Fixed .Grand Total, 3 days, 5 1/2 hours, $730.00. and... no civility, no " Sorry for your inconvenience, Thank you for your patience"...just indifference . Hence, my "whatever' review.Update : No need to have discussion about my concerns. Discussions/Conversations have become a retelling of the problem without a resolution to implement change. I my post is clear.
