Late check-in was not an issue. VERY dog friendly. Room was large and looked newly renovated. Quite and walking distance to downtown area and Morro Rock. GREAT!

Pet Friendly very welcoming we have 92lb pyrnees & Harbor House allows lrg pets which was comforting rooms were nice place is clean and we pretty much walked everywhere we wanted to go

I loved the upstairs view of the rock. The room was very clean and the market across the street made it very convenient for cereal etc.

The hotel was extremely clean. The front office was really corporative and really understanding. The view was amazing and the room was really spacious and comfy bed. Great stay, great place.

The only reason I gave 4 stars on service was because the tv stations weren’t great. And every other channel had no sound or was in Spanish (it was not on Spanish channels either) Everythibg else was perfect!!

We always love to stay at Harbor house inn whenever we visit Morro bay. Walking distance to morro bay rock and downtown. Rooms are always clean. Pet friendly. It's so cute they have a little godie bag for furry children.
Walkability: Walking distance to downtown and Morrobay rock. Restaurants and coffee shops are near by.

Always a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. Short walk to embarcadero. They are very dog friendly. It’s our first choice every time we visit morro Bay.

The location of the hotel was ok, although I didn't get much out of Morro Bay on our four-week trip through California.
For example, neighboring San Luis Obispo was much nicer.
The Habor House Inn was our third stop.
At around 130 euros per night, it wasn't the cheapest motel, but by far the worst so far.
The first room on the upper floor had carpet and smelled terrible.
Luckily we were able to swap it for a room without carpet on the ground floor - otherwise we wouldn't have stayed.
The standard room service was included, the full service cost an extra charge.
What the difference was could not be clearly explained to us.
In any case, our floor wasn't cleaned once during the entire stay (4 nights). The beds weren't made either.
It was very noisy and we could hear every step in the room above us.
The traffic was also unpleasantly loud. The windows could only be darkened on one side, so it became light in the room very early.
Overall our room was very rancid and dirty.
The staff unmotivated and annoyed.
We wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful big rooms with everything you need. Nice walk to water and restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Food & drinks: The Siren a fun spot , less then 5 minute walk.

Walking distance to everything (for me anyways, I'm in my mid 40's!) the view of the Rock from room 227 was only slightly blocked by another building, but the rock still poked out enough to always remind me where I was! Well insulated, noises didn't seem to travel, great pillows and beds. My only issue was that there wasn't a freezer, and if I read more carefully, I would have known that ahead of time. No big deal! The car show was coming into town the day I left, so I was sorry to miss that, but it was neat to see all the old cars roll into this hotel specifically: this must be the place!!!
I want to move to Morro Bay, so I loved staying at this hotel to get to know the town. Thank you!
