It's a fascinating little shop. there's so much stuff packed into the tiny room. There's a lot of old rifles both ones that required FFL and ones that are antique, pocket watches, sabers posters a ton of old and cool stuff. The man who owns the shop is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I bought an antique Kraig Jorgensen for honestly a great price and I've shot it several times. It's been a pleasure. I will be coming again! although note that The store only accepts cash.

Owner can be blunt and unfriendly. He seems to have his days where he took his medication and is available to be open to talking to customers and other days not so much. I came in with the intention to purchase from him after seeing the reviews of his stock, left empty handed only a couple minutes of talking to him. As other reviews stated it his hobby not his livelihood so he is more than happy to see you go out the door with no purchase. Unfortunate, as the collection is nice.

A Legend in Ancient Weapons. I had the honor of having a conversation with him today. Very kind and know so much about the subject. I'm very sad that I won't be able to spend any more time here. Lever guns, stone castles and whatever else your heart desires. Old ammunition dating back to 1880 Martini Henry can be found there. And I bet a lot more! A place where there are treasures! But you need time! Tomorrow I would like to go there again for an hour. Very nice contact and has so many stories! For weapons lovers of the old, a must!!

Harbor Guns is a shop that sells mostly Curio & Relic or Antique grade firearms along with ammo for military surplus rifles, old bayonets/blades, uniforms, and books. The shop is cluttered and small to say the least but contains a lot of unique items. The shop owner is very knowledgeable and is definitely an intimidating man but if you are respectful and courteous, he will give you a lot of insight on the history of any old firearm you have or are looking to buy. Almost all his wares are sold at a fair price as I have bought ammo and clips for my old rifles that are impossible to find at any regular modern gun shop. For those looking into military surplus, I would recommend checking this shop at.

Very knowledgeable and honest . He will talk to you about what you are looking for , and give advice . Straight forward about the condition of the ammo , and if it's worth the price . My next visit to Morro Bay / Cayucose , I'm definitely stopping by here again .

Just spoke on the phone with the employee. Could he be the owner? He was very rude, and seemed to enjoy belittling the customer. Horrible attitude. I'll never go there.

The owner sold me some bullets that have been very hard to find. He had them stashed away in the store, but he knew where to look and he found them for me. It was a great transaction and I was in and out in a short time. I had read all the reviews, and the gentleman was nothing like the descriptions I read here on Yelp. I will go back again and trade there, if I develop a need for anything concerning guns and ammo.
