The young Mexican clerk that worked on Sat 7/13/24 on far right counter was extremely rude and invasive in terms of staring at my accounts. She refused to cash checks from a reputable stock company that was written to me. Then she stared at all my accounts, savings, checking with a mean rude expression for the LONGEST time. When I put my card in she tried to see the code and I had to cover with my hand to prevent her from seeing. This woman should have NO PLACE in a bank!!

The ATMs at the Los Osos and Morro Bay locations are frequently not working. Literally every week! This is a huge inconvenience, which has caused my account to charge me a $35 overdraft fee because I could not deposit cash in order to bring my account into the posative when I had the time before work. Since I was unable to use the only chase ATM in my town that day and the other bank ATMs in town are not compatible with Chase, it cost me their redicoulously overpriced overdraft fee. You can only request an overdraft correction 1 time annually as well, which is also redicoulous. This bank also has no tellers in the bank anymore, which is just weird to me.

tried to cash a check today from a personal sale I had made at a garage sale.I have had trouble cashing checks there before because I signed the checkat home and not in front of the teller she refused to accept the check, even though the check was from one of there customer accounts made out to me.this time i waited to sign the check till I was in front of the teller, then she informed me that she couldn't cash the check because it was made out toJeff and not Jeffrey as it reads on my license. I never use my full name and have cashed checks there before without the rey on the end of my first name.now I have a check from a person I don't know and have no way to contact them. I know my bank ( not Chase ) will accept it so I am not out the money the next time someone try's to give me a check from Chase I will have to refuse the transaction out of principle. It is though the tellers are cashing the check out of there own wallet or purse not there clients account as per the check from there establishment.the bottom line is "chase" is what a person has to do to receive there money from a chase account.

Always liked dealing with Chase, never a problem, staff is genuine, upbeat, and care about customer service, plus they like their 4 legged customers just as much as their two legged ones! A+!

The current bank manager is rude, offensive, self-centered, and not customer first oriented. She is a me-first type who is not only loud and aggressive but thinks she is the cat's meow. I became so stressed in her presence that I am going to a different branch even though I am a long time patron of this branch.

Regarding Chase Bank MORRO BAY. Surely their profits are such that they can afford to hire an employee to man the drive up window. Many seniors in our area. Many with mobility issues. Many don't care to go in the bank and make small talk with the tellers while loud music plays. Today it was raining. Parking is in the back, only door is opposite in the front although there is a locked side door. I see no thought for the customer at this establishmen. Open the drive thru window, answer your phone.

JP Morgan calls me and then hangs up on me. In my book, that's plain rude. Unfortunately customer service by some companies is largely lost. Would not refer my friends to Chase.

They helped me get a portion of my stolen money back, and one of the employees was very patient and friendly. She helped me personally with purging some fraudulent charges, and changing my card in order to throw off hackers who were stealing from me. The only problem I have is a small detail with the site. Because of a poor layout, I actually thought Chase had tripled my Monthly service fee, leaving me with a fee of $36.00 for this Month. I was unaware that they were really taking back the fee, because there was a MINUS sign (-) next to ALL of the numbers! I checked again to see that one of them should've been plus signs. That's not very decent math, especially for a bank! XD

Very friendly people who take great pleasure in saying no. No you can't take paperwork for your ill spouse to sign, no you can't cash the check we just told you you could cash with a valid drivers license and our bank issue credit card, no we won't post your payment today if you put it in the drop box to avoid the crowd inside. After bailing these jerks out after they helped crash the economy of the world, we'd hope they'd be a bit more human. But no!

When I am at the bank, the service is excellent! However, lately they never seem to pick up their phone or return calls. I have called multiple days at various times during the day. Nothing. The one time I got through several weeks ago, the teller sounded frazzled and said she didn't have time to answer my questions on the phone. The customer service over the phone should be just as friendly as if I was standing in front of the teller. Just a little honest & friendly feedback. I'm happy to post another review if things change.
