I have the worst experience staying in your hotel on May my daughter, my son we went there and stayed there couple of nights for Mother’s Day the room was filthy. The towels were moist. The carpet was dirty. The sheets were all wrinkle. They were never been changed. It was disgusting. I had to go to the office to ask for fresh towels. The lady they give it to me said they were sure and stuff after Covid nobody wants to work, that was her excuse i’ve been staying there for more than 26 years and at this point I will have to consider whether I want to stay there or find someplace else. I understand you want to conserve water, if I staying there. I deserve to have everything clean worth my money. for that reason I would give you one star I wish I can give you zero.

It was such a great experience. From the front desk to check out. The service, the rooms, and the cleanliness were spot on. Wish we could have stayed another day. This will be our to-go hotel in future trips to Morro Bay.

Very nice motel in Morro Bay. The location is great. You have a great view over the bay and Morro Rock. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach promenade with restaurants and nice shops. If you have the windows open you can hear the seals calling in the morning.
There are enough parking spaces available. The rooms are tidy, clean and well furnished, the beds are comfortable.
You can order a few small snacks for breakfast and pick them up in the morning.
The ladies at reception were very friendly. Melanie deserves special mention. After we forgot our passports in the room upon departure, she reliably helped us, took the forgotten items to the post office and so they reached us before we could travel home. We are very, very grateful to her.
We didn't hear anything from the other guests, the streets weren't noisy either, so we were able to sleep very well.
In the evening you can wonderfully watch the sunset from your room. We would come again if we were in Morro Bay. Thank you for everything

Walkability: Boardwalk is awesome
Food & drinks: Everywhere

I stayed during our recent storm in a King Bay View, which is a down the stairs view of the bay king size bedroom.
What a great view.. Love the balcony.
The room was super clean and comfortable.
They offered all the amenities with a Keurig that I love.
Very comfortable bed and pillows.
The water pressure in the shower was great.
Wonderful Staff !!!
It’s a definite must stay again.

I need to say that both the checkin and the checkout experience was very friendly! :) the toilet had this „clean and sanitized“ paper thing on it but actualöy was really dirty all around… like also outside full of yellow splashes - disgusting!

Incredible views available of the bay and Morro rock. The rooms are well maintained ans large. Easy parking. Elevator. Waking close to great restaurants and shops. Reasonably priced for the coastal region. We have stayed here off and on for about 20 years.Noteworthy details: Sometimes the seals can be a bit vocal at night but, if their chats are too much, you can close the window. The hotel is air conditiond.

horrible. terrible. so many other choices to stay.no view as advertised. offered upgrade to view for $100 at checkin. reduced to 50 . took it but still no view.lengthy checkin and chose next day breakfast like expired stale pastries in wax wrapping . don't stay here.Noteworthy details: total ripoff

Fourth year in a row we've made a trip out to Morro Bay and this time we stayed at the Blue Sail Inn. Great view of the bay and Morro Rock, super friendly staff, very clean rooms with all the amenities. Right in the middle of main strip and right next door to Dorns Breakers Cafe which made it convenient for take out. The breakfast room is closed due to covid but, you have select to have some juice or milk along with two items like cinnamon rolls or a mutrigran bar. We would stay here again.2023-10-16 Update. Came back two days ago and had another terrific stay. My wife had two hip surgeries recently so decided to stay here as they are the only place with an accessible room with a partial view. The room was roomy, clean, and could see Morro Rock from our balcony. The staff was super nice and attentive. Will stay here again the next time we come up to Morro Bay.

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times. I would definitely recommend Ocean view deluxe rooms in East building. You will get gorgeous Pacific Ocean view from your balcony. There is everything you need in the room. It is very clean and comfortable. They have their own parking lot on the first floor of the building. It is just couple minuted away from the Ocean cost. I love this place.

Came up last week for the second time in three years and had a great stay. Booked the partial view accessible room (121) as it was the only accessible room in town that had a balcony with a view. The room was super clean and since it was in the corner in the west building, it was very client and no one staying above you. Had everything you need, microwave, fridge, keurig, and wifi. The TV was decent and was able to stream on it. The wall heater did a good job keeping the room warm and was quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful and Molly the cat mascot was cute. The inn sits on a rise above the main street in the middle so you are close to everything. Breakfast wasn't much, you get a bag with a choice of juice and a pastry. I was told I can pick two for each of us so ended up with extras. There is a restaurant next door where you can have breakfast plus all the other ones on the main drag.The room rate was pretty reasonable. We will definitely stay again.

I do not recommend this hotel, had the worst experience in my life, we arrived in the afternoon kinda check out the room & there was coffee left in the pot, & the coffee filter as well, dropped off our luggage, then when to visit family, came back to room around 8:30 to shower & go to bed, and this is what was in my bed. So disgusting & not acceptable. The host on duty was very nice. Totally think they need a second person should triple check rooms. The office manager on duty was kind & trying . We had to change rooms after we had unloaded everything, in was a major inconvenience. Will not stay here again..
