Bayfront Inn is a budget-friendly, pet-friendly hotel in a great location at the north end of the Embarcadero in Morro Bay, perfect for walking to shops, sites, and restaurants. The rooms are very small, clean, and comfortable, with awesome views of the rock. The property has fairly nice grounds and a nice courtyard sitting area. Parking is included. The staff are exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, though the office is not always staffed during the day and they leave at 5pm. Amenities are basic; some rooms have very steep stairs, walls are thin, and supplies like coffee k-cups or extra towels require finding the office person. The hotel offers a nice treat of free cinnamon roll coupons for a nearby cafe. While it is a good value and perfect for travelers with dogs, some guests note the parking can fill up and the rooms, while okay, are not new.
This is a great little spot in a great little town and a section perfect for walking to shops sites and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was tiny but clean with a comfortable bed. Pet friendly and the staff are really nice. The view from our room was awesome. Great location and price.

Very reasonable, owner & staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Not fancy, but perfect for pet friendly hotels. Clean, perfect location, and nice courtyard sitting area. Enjoyed our visit immensely. Room was small, and not new, but very clean and comfortable.
