Our boat has been serviced there for 15 years. Since Kenny passed away, the service was terrible!.They did repairs which was specifically not authorized and refused to give a refund on work which had to be redone at another repair facility to correct their mistakes.

Excellent service! The staff was very welcoming and patient with all of my questions. They're incredibly honest and let me know all of my options whereas a lot of places have just charged me for the most expensive parts without batting an eye.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Charged me $3000 had to bring boat back 3 times. No pride in their work. Unprofessional environment. No shop to work on boat. All employees are family that can do no wrong. It's bloody murder to ask anything of them. Did not replace starter or plugs when engine was out of boat like I asked. Now if starter fails it's a $1000 repair minimum somewhere else. Left sockets and tools/ trash in my boat as well as a box of old parts at the stern (very back of boat) that was just waiting to fall off in traffic.. Damaged my interior/ stole1 of my 6 cupholders . Didn't re wire the trailer or fix/ tell me about the trim leak causing it to not go up or down. Didn't adjust transmission cable correctly when they installed new control box causing the boat to get stuck in drive and almost caused a accident/ also made loading unloading very challenging. When I picked it up first time the boat cover was hanging off the bow and dragging in the street not on the boat. Had to re wire trailer myself on my day off after I paid them to do it and even brought the trailer back a second time to get it down right but they couldn't handle it. Battery cables where Barely making connection extreamly loose luckily found before taking boat out. Fuel on my engine,damaged interior and managed to steal one of my 6 cup holders in the boat and then had one of his punks try to fight me on the 3rd and final time I brought the boat to them. Because I " accused them of something every time I came by" I brought my boat here based off these existing yelp reviews but man they must be friends of the owner because in my opinion they are complete punks all the way around not friendly at all. DO NOT BRING YOUR BOAT HERE

Great place. Ken and his staff are a pleasure to work with. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I heard it's a family ran business. Great way to support local businesses during this time. Went in to get my starter bolt fixed and then to get my gps/depth finder installed. Boat started right up. Taught me a thing or two I didn't know. They worked quickly and got me out on the water in no times. No worries with the boat now and can trust My family and I will be safe out there. I will def be going to them (hopefully not) lol if I have anything to lose I need done! Def a trust worthy company. Thanks Ken !!

Really friendly guys, when you walk through the place every employee stops and says hello's to you kind of makes you feel like you're hanging out with your buddies. Just got this boat took it to them they went through the entire thing pretty much had to replace everything in the motor did a really good job quick and efficient I'm really new to boating they took the time to go through and teach me everything on how to run the boat and make sure everything is right so I don't mess it up not knowing much it was very helpful. They are definitely earn my business. very fair and reasonable on prices.

I can't say enough good things about these guys, I have a 97 bayliner and I haven't ran it for about 7 years. I took it to these guys they gave me a price to get it lake ready barring any problems, ( I figured there would problems). I got a call 9 hrs later telling me my boat was ready and that it would be $140 cheaper than quoted. They could have found things to up charge me but these guys are HONEST and do a great job.It's a family run business and they took great care of me, I will not take my boat anywhere else.

I took my boat out and had some alternator issues and it would not charge the battery.Went to a couple shops trying to get a new alternator but no one had it in stock. Was referred to Aqua Marine. Kenny took a look and although he did not have a replacement for me he noticed that the ground wire was broken and determined that I could make sure the unit was grounded and should be fine. I appreciate the advice, the knowledge that he shared and the help. I plan to send some cash and a thank you card but for now please accept my endorsement for an "old school shop" that knows how to treat people right.

I have been a customer for years. Kenny, Brent and the crew are knowledgeable, friendly and most of all trustworthy! Everything is always explained with detail. They have always been fair and helpful. I recommend Aqua Marine to all the boat owners I encounter.

Super nice people! Family ran! We came off the water and were having carb issues with our jet boat, and they literally talked us through how to replace it and what exactly we would need. Said it's super simple replacement with what we have going on and refused to take any money. Being that we're in tougher times "corona virus" wow! Amazing customer service! Very great place. We will def be coming back if we have any future issues! Thanks so much for being genuine and just overall great people! We appreciate it!

I highly recommend Aqua Marine for all of your boating repair needs. Aqua Marine is family owned and you won't find a more honest shop to take your boat. Very fast turn around, courteous. Just had my boat repaired there and they saved me over $600 by repairing the power steering since it was just stuck & no new parts were needed. Everyone I have spoke to about Aqua Marine swears they will never go anywhere else. Thank Aqua Marine.

Really bummed out about this place. Been working with them for years. Business must be really good. They now treat customers poorly. I am not speaking about the office ladies, they have always been pleasant. The new management or Vice President seems to be ruining what was a great business. We've had estimates for repairs not needed. Had a oil sending unit repaired, only to have it not work. Recently we purchased our oil and filters from them, only to have them charge us for them again along with their outrageous labor. Take our advice find a mechanic that treats his customers with kindness and integrity, not like Ricky from this place. What a joke.

I left my motor here trusting that they would give me a quote first before they did any work.After 1 month of waiting, i finally get a quote that is more than the value of the motor. So I decide not to fix it and just sell it for parts. Now they wont return my motor because they are charging me $200 for something I did not authorize.I went here and lost my motor.I hope the owner calls me to resolve this problem so I do not have to go to the BBB.I will repost if anything good happens.
