“My transmission went out on my Mitsubishi outlander. I was far from home and barely made it to this mechanic’s shop. He reassured me that he would get it fixed at a fair price. He really
took alot of time looking for a good used transmission. He sent back 3 or 4 transmissions after throughout inspecting them. He finally found a good used one that had low mileage and was in good shape. A lot of mechanics would not have gone through so much hassle. He gave me a good price. New transmissions for these cars are 9,000$ normally. He was able to find a good used one. with everything including labor and some other small repairs it was just under 6,000$. It’s still a lot of money but cheap for what I had done and what other mechanics would have charged. These Mitsubishi cars have expensive parts and are not cheap to work on. This mechanic’s main focus was my satisfaction. He really just wanted to get my car done right at the best price possible. I can’t say enough good things about the character of this mechanic. Honest, Decent, very well intentioned.”
