This is the worst banking experience I've ever had in my entire life. It is impossible to get a hold of these people on the phone to simply ask them simple questions. You end up in loops going around in circles where they keep trying to direct you to installing their app on your phone, which is a serious security issue and you should never do, and it appears the only way you can get a hold of anybody is to make an appointment to come in physically. They never and I mean never answer their phone. So you apparently have to book an appointment every single time you have a simple question. I'm currently trying to do my taxes and they have not provided me with tax forms I need and they are not available online like they claim they are. The only way to resolve this is to talk to somebody and you can't get a hold of anybody. So they're making it impossible for me to finish my taxes. I strongly recommend finding any bank other than Wells Fargo if you want to have any kind of customer service that is responsive.

This branch is poorly managed. They clearly don't have enough staff on a Friday afternoon. Parking is also a nightmare.

Don't come here. Don't waste your time. Wells Fargo employees don't even care. I feel like I'm back in old Soviet Union with the bread voucher in hand back in the line and the treatment is no different.

I've been with Wells Fargo for about 7 years. There was a sweet, helpful girl who worked here and it was always a pleasant experience. However, everyone else seems to hate their job and hasn't heard about customer service. I have received several phone calls from someone who asks about my experience and tells me they'll speak to their employees. They always apologize on their behalf. It's getting worse. I went to change my last name. I sat down with a banker. The banker took a copy of my marriage certificate and all of the paperwork. The next week, I went in to make a deposit. The teller, Eduardo, couldn't make the deposit because he said I needed to bring my marriage certificate. I told him the banker made copies. Eduardo couldn't find them and said I would have to come back with the original certificate. Seriously?! After this, I gave them another chance. I called regarding fraud. They handled it so badly. I finally went in today to close my account and they were so rude!!! The teller was extremely rude and had an attitude, the manager was so serious. I left feeling happy knowing I would never have to deal with their rudeness, their interest fees, their sneaky fees, and the long lines. Goodbye to this profit institution.

A woman walked into the Morgan Hill branch today in front of me. She walked up to a branch manager who wasn't with anyone and was helped. I waited 7-8 minutes while another branch manager chit-chatted with another woman. During that time, the BM, didn't use his computer and didn't hand her any papers and I could tell they were not talking about banking. Finally, another BM finished up with his customer and said another client was waiting. After another five minutes, he told me I would have to make an appointment and handed me a business card. BTW, the woman and other BM were still talking. I called the number on his card and heard the "this number has been disconnected". Can you imagine, a bank manager whose number is disconnected? What kind of business is Wells running? Oh wait, I was one of the Fraud victims that Wells set up a charge account w/o my knowledge....... So I called the branch number twice and no one answered. So I called another branch to set up an appointment and was told I had to make the appointment on-line. I have never been turned away at a bank, like this. Wells Fargo is no longer the trusted stagecoach of yesteryear. Today they can't even answer the phones, let alone deliver on a promise.

Been coming to this WF branch for quite sometime, as I've been a customer for about 7 or 8 years. The only reason I visit this branch is because I reside in Morgan Hill, and the other "branches" are really not an option as they are inconvenient inside grocery stores and the like. This Wells location is really the only real option for a stop at the ATM to either get cash. or make a deposit. I try to avoid going inside the branch, especially since COVID due to the fact the guard only leaves a limited number of people inside at a time, and the lines could get fantastically long. Not sure if that's still the case or not since many of those occupancy restrictions have been relaxed a bit in California. I only go into the bank if I absolutely need to, otherwise I do 98% of my banking via the mobile app, online, or the ATM. My only other complaint about this particular store aside from getting very busy, is the parking lot can be a pain to navigate when it's full, like on most Friday afternoons on payday. The parking lot layout is kinda weird, so if you don't enter at the adjoining street (Monterey) you can have a bit of a hard time unless you drive the wrong way down those lanes which is not recommended.

Wells Fargo is the worst bank in the US they're constantly trying to get over on you with fees and don't be surprised if every time you have an issue banking with them the issue has been created by Wells Fargo it's no wonder there are so many lawsuits I can't imagine any of these good reviews are from actual people if you choose to bank with Wells Fargo good luck!

If i could give negative stars i would give them -100 atleast. The people that have helped me have been helpful, but the system is awful. I had issues with the way my information is more visible to the IRS than it is to myself. That is very troubling. If you ever are audited, you will be fighting in the dark if you were to try to recover records. For the IRS, no problem. The other thing is that i tried getting a PPP loan and they took 3 weeks to give me a negative answer because i was missing some documentation even though i tried to reach out to them a gazillion times to see if there was anything missing from this important documentation. Today after wasting all that time I am basically out of luck and I am out over $20,000 of stymulus money. Everyone else who i know had absolutely no problem. I don't mean to cause harm to local branch, but Wells Fargo needs to be held accountable for their corporate incompetence.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of Bella and Sephery (spelt wrong) they are the only two ladies who know how to give exceptional custoner service. Joseph and the blond girl there are always rude, never smile, talk behind customer's backs as they leave (ive heard them) making rude remarks and literally choosing who they want to help and shooting ugly looks at the ones they don't when they walk away. Go to Safeway you will be treated like your putting your money in a buisness they are employed at. After all it is the reason you actually are working at a bank taking our Money. Train your people Wells Fargo on customer service they need it!

Came in here during lunch looking to open an account. I was immediately greeted, I was short on time and I was helped out immediately. Was helped out by a gentleman named Luis, I think, he efficiently helped me out through the process. Overall great experience. Bella and team are great! Keep it up.
