I normally have a good experience with this location for their pharmacy however just recently I had an issue of how the staff handled my son's recent urgent need of prescription. Instead of calling us or alerting us that the prescription was not at their location, I had to call them. And it took me to complain for her to check other locations to see if they can find that prescription because it's "rare". Her attitude and the way she handled my urgent need was not professional especially considering my son was in pain waiting for this order. I understand they didn't have it, but they should have contacted us right away for one and immediately looked at other locations to be proactive rather than me complain.

SO OVER THIS STORE AND THEIR RUDE EMPLOYEES! Their pharmacy department is absolute crap, loooong wait times, loooooong prescription fill times- "Come back later" blah blah blah! I go back 15 minutes later to a CLOSED pharamacy! SO OVER IT. The photo people suck just as hard. Taking my business to CVS across the street! Coming from a once loyal Walgreens customer who has HAD ENOUGH!!

Usually the pharmacy is pretty helpful but I've been on hold for the pharmacy for 35 minutes. Absolutely absurd.

Love our local Walgreens. I often use their print department. They print up photos, banners & posters in about TWO hours. Yes, that's correct, same day for great photos in 2 hours or so. They have a great selection of cards, household products, medicines, etc. Convenient location here in town along with fast friendly service. I'm a fan!

I came on here to see if anyone had a similar experience as me and from what I've seen a lot of people left negative reviews for the pharmacy. I came inside and told a nice young lady I was there to pick up a prescription and she told me they have similar medication over the counter. She gave me a list of names to look for and I did but I didn't feel comfortable buying because I had gone to the clinic and the doctor prescribed me a specific medication. Luckily, my husband was with me and he went to the counter and told them I wanted what was prescribed to me. I asked her what was the difference and they said the over the counter is the older version of what I got prescribed but when I looked at the box and compared them they had completely different ingredients. I don't know why or what was they point for them not wanting to sell me the prescribed medication in the first place but my only guess is that they didn't want to help me.

This rating is exclusively for the pharmacy. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The service moves at a glacial pace, whether you're at the window or drive-through. You could easily spend 30-45 minutes in the drive through line with only 3-4 cars ahead of you. Don't arrive at the pharmacy within 30-45 minutes of closing because they close at 6 will won't serve you even if you were in line prior to 6pm. It takes at least half a day for the pharmacy to prepare a prescription and half the time they won't notify you when its ready so you're left to having to call in to figure it out, IF you can get a person on the phone. We absolutely dread having to go get medications filled here.

I always come here to print my photos out, they're super quick and it's so easy to order from the Walgreens app! The people working there are always super friendly and are super helpful. I wanted to give a shout out to the person that helped me out today, they really made my day better! I checked on my receipt and I can't find a name but I really appreciated their energy and I was having a rough day, made it so much better.

This is for the pharmacy . They can not have my medications ready at the same time. I've tried talking to them in person, calling ahead of time and using their app. They have excuses but not my prescriptions. Today I asked what do I have to do to get them all at one time. She doesn't think they can ever do it!

Unfortunately, there is no negative stars. Otherwise, I would give this useless, unhelpful, and incompetent team minus ten. I went for a flu shot with an appointment. They refused to use the appointment confirmation number. No reason was given. After wasting 20 minutes with three of them struggling to navigate their computer systems, they said that I have to complete a manual form and wait until I am called when they are free. I cancelled and switched to CVS. Considering how incompetent they are, I am glad they did not inject a shot in my arm.
