I wanted to take a moment to point out Latrese (apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) but I went out yesterday at 6a to find the crazy TikTok tree. She helped me, the tree wasn't received yet. There's limited stock, everywhere! But her customer service was beyond what I was expecting. She said once the tree was received she will give me a call to hold it of me before she puts it on the floor. Next morning BOOM, I get a call. She kept her word and I'm so appreciative of that. I'm pregnant. I wanted to get THE tree before baby comes because cmon my husband won't decorate after the baby comes for me. Fortunately I found one and they saved one for me for an hour at Campbell location. But I'm writing this review as I'm having contractions, so thank you Latrese.

Mustang in the paint department was extreeeemely helpful and friendly. I just want him to be recognized for awesome customer service and making my day just a little better and easier. Thanks mustang!!!

Like any other home depot it usually has what you need and people usually know where things are. Can't expect too much as there is a high turnover and new people all the time, 5 stars because it's home depot and it's got what you need.

This store needs new management and update rules for their employees.They just fired one of the best people they have there, due to a purchased they made with their credit card on company time. No warning just canned!I spend a lot of money here, due to this person's excellent customer service skills.Looks like Lowe's or Johnson lumber will be getting my business from now on.Home Depot will be seeing a decline in sales especially in the garden department.

1st of all We bought a dryer from home depot more. When to pick it up no help went to the register asked David for help. He disappeared we asked again finally me and the customer. The dryer on a cart and put it in our car ourselves. Then we bought a refrigerator from them trying to get it delivered. Has been something else believe it or not the delivery company is pretty stupid. They came to our house we're in front Didn't even call us they're excused for not delivering. It was the sign on the fence said no trespassing.Maybe? You they called to say they would be there in 15 minutes. How stupid is that been trying to get it Rescheduled. Home depot said they can't do nothing about it well? Didn't you hire this company to deliver your products? Then you should have something to say to them anyway i'm going to Get a refund order my refrigerator. From a reliable country home depot sucks

We had a horrible experience at this location today. My family went to purchase paint, and stood at the paint counter for 5 minutes. My husband looked around for a sales associate, but nobody was around. He headed to the front to ask for help and they said they'd call Justin, who was supposed to be near the paint counter. They made an announcement for him over the loud speaker. We proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes for Justin to help us and nobody arrived. My husband returned to the front of the store to let them know that Justin had still not shown up, and that we'd be taking our business elsewhere. What a waste of time. Justin, you're losing money for your store.

I just want to say that I was really pleased with the Receiving Department here at Morgan Hill. I am a Commercial Local driver and was very please with the staff service from the managers to the Receiving Dock workers. I just wanted to leave this review since sometimes this department doesn't get enough credit in the Social media World. Thank you guys again for helping me get in and out in time.

Erica, the "assistant manager" of this location is a total scum bag. She straight up lied to my face and basically screwed me out of $300.00. If you ever have to deal with Erica, please be aware that she will lie to simply get you out of her store. She is a pre-programmed robot. 3 Home Depot employees including "Erica" couldn't figure out how to print me a receipt so their solution was to just charge me again for all of the items that I purchased. When my account posted both changes, the jackass Erica simply said to call corporate. I used to like this Home Depot until the incompetent Erica ruined it for me. I'll never set foot in that store and I'm going to sue if needed to get my money back. They are total crooks so be careful with who you deal with.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Debbie and Yesica. They did such an amazing job at organizing the kids workshop. They are so friendly and helpful. My son loved building the boat and meeting all of his heroes (policemen, firemen and EMS) Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

I am a 19-year-old female that just got out of high school and was looking for a job to support myself so I applied at my local home depot. after being there for a couple weeks I wasn't the biggest fan of the company and how they ran things but then again it was just a job and I needed money so I put that to the side and did my job. as the weeks went on I noticed myself not getting breaks, and not getting my scheduled lunches. they also accused me of giving free items away to customers. as an employee, we are not allowed any discounts even if a product has been damaged or used. the company also didn't provide us with water when it was over 110° outside. bathroom breaks also are not allowed unless if it's an absolute emergency. managers have told employees in the past they cannot schedule a doctors appointment on a day they are scheduled to work, even if you doctor didn't have time. i highly do not recommend the store to work or shop at. they are unfair and extremely Judge mental. plus employees are constantly arguing and having problems with each other due to the lack of respect. personally, I would just do yourself a favor and not shop here because lowe's is 10x better in price, experience and carry better product. lowe's also has a better warranty on their products and don't charge you for fees on lumber.

I would like to give Daniel in the Morgan Hill Tool Dept. a huge shout-out for the outstanding repair job he did on my abused walk-behind concrete saw. When I picked it up, I saw that he had pressure-washed it, lubed it, adjusted everything, and it has never run better...all at a very reasonable price. Richard Hernandez, the store manager will hopefully put this review in his file. I am very happy!

The Delivery & installation was scheduled in November. Not sure who they contracted this out to but they are horrible. In November They showed up with the dishwasher only to say the plumbing needed to be updated before they would install it (in case it leaked) the plumbing was updated the following week by a plumber . Two week later they show to deliver & install the dishwasher & say the new one they brought has a broken lock & they'd have to come back. December comes & goes then they finally show again to say it's a delivery only.. no install ,kit or take away. So they scheduled another time once the paperwork got straightened. They didn't notify us of when they were coming & dropped it off in front of our front door while we were not home. Then they said an appointment would be made for installation. Today is the 3rd time they have not shown to install the dishwasher. All 3 times we were give a 4 hour window for them to show and they never did.

This Home Depot sucks for customer service for getting a Christmas Tree. Yeah they put a net on it and put it on top of our car. But, the kid said we had to go back into the store to hunt down our own rope to tie it to our car after we just walked the whole store to the register to pay for it. Why don't they have rope outside? Why do they not have a register outside to pay for the tree? Home Depot you suck at customer service. Get your s*** together.

Ed and Gloria go above and beyond for there customers I called about a heater and the girl at customer service told me they had the heater in stock with attitude and when I got there the heater was no where to be found they went through EVERY possible place it could be until they found it I'm from Watsonville but with service like that I have no problem driving all the way to Morgan hill
