Target is my favorite go to store for groceries and other needed supplies! At target the service has good customer service most of the time which is great. They offer so many supplies and it's pretty easy to find them. The value of Target is great! So I totally recommend going to shop at Target!

I did an order pickup and got home to find that the most expensive item, a small technology product, was missing. I called the store and was told to come in and they should be able to help. When I got there, they found it (I was certain it had been stolen/something else nefarious) and cheerfully gave it to me - it was in a separate bag on a different shelf. After that, I went to buy an even more expensive item, and the clerk happily opened boxes that were waiting to be shelved in order to get my item. I am very impressed with the attitudes and service. Yay Target!

Target is my go to store. Today, I needed milk and eggs, which are always in stock. I love using the Target App to find stuff that I usually don't buy. The App will tell me exactly what aisle the item is on. If an item does not have a price, the App will tell me the price too.

So I've had time to think about how I need to post this review and how to rate it. Honestly I think this target should be avoided due to one front end female lead named Nancy. I placed an order for a pickup, keep in mind, I've never done that before so I had no knowledge of the possible 2 hour wait. I ended up getting there way early than the two hour pickup timeframe. I head to the guest services counter where I asked if I found the item I was wanting to buy and bring it to them, can I have them check it out to me. They said no that the porter will need to go and pickup the item. I said okay and decided to do some shopping. I was there anywhere from 30-45 minutes looking around, I saw the item I was wanting in the shelf and it was the last in stock. I then picked up the item cause I really didn't want to wait and decided to head to the front to talk to a manager to see if they could expedite the pickup/release process. This is where everything took a horrible twist. I ended talking to a front lead girl named Nancy, I explained the situation again and she very adamantly told me she could do nothing to help expedite the pickup order and she only has two porters on site that night. I asked her if I really needed to go and wait another hour and 15 minutes before they make the pickup, she nodded and said that is the only thing we can do OR, you can cancel the order and we can recharge you for the amount. This item was $110, I don't have another $110 dollars to spend. I asked her what happens if someone else grabs the item before your porter comes by, she said there's nothing they can do further to help. I was honestly disheartened by the lack of trying to do anything to help. I quickly put the item back exactly where I left it and decided to leave the store due to do some other shopping. 30 minutes later, I received an email saying my item was out of stock....... I was angry at this point and decided to call the store, no one answered ANY of the lines, no one in guest services, no one in electronics, absolutely no one. I decided to call Target corporate to let them know what happened/my experience. While on the line with them explaining the situation which they did inform me that it is possible to expedite an order pickup if the main managers are there. While on the line I was walking back into the store and walked right over to the area where my item had been and guess what.....it was still there, in the exact same spot in front of the little tag which says the price and the description of the item. I then asked for an associate to call another manager that's not Nancy, I talked to Cassandra, super sweet and nice lady who understood my situation and also said there is a way to expedite a pickup too. We walked to the front of the store with the item, and guess who was there...Nancy. She asked me where I hid the item?.... Y'all, I swear on high and I asked for that Target to watch the cameras, between 4:30-5:55 pm, I walked back over and put it exactly where I found it. Nancy actually thought that I went and hid an item that was expected to be picked up by a porter? That makes no sense. Nancy also claims that she herself went in the same isle to look for the item to pull it...and then search the store for me?... I'm sorry, didn't Nancy say there was nothing she could do to help expedite the item pickup? And she so happened to wander over to the item I was wanting to personally help me? No, that's not what she did. She's the one who put "out of stock" on my item. And then changed her tune when another manager was there. Nancy lied, she had power gone to her head all because a customer wanted to help her porters by picking the item and asking for it to be checked out. This interaction happened on Saturday Dec 2nd and the time between 4:30pm and 5:54pm. Casandra did what she could to discount the item, but as I'm typing this out, I still paid too much for item and the wrongness I was put through by Nancy. Sara the store manager, if you read this post....please

This location is kind of tucked away but it is always clean. Plenty of parking. I find they often carry items I am unable to find in the nearby Gilroy location.

I have disabilities where I have a hard time walking. I normally use one of the electric grocery carts. 2 of them were being charged and the other one said it was okay. I made it halfway through my shopping. When I heard beeping sound the battery was low So I went to the cashier and paid for the stuff I had and got a hand pushed cart to take the groceries to my car.

Went to checkout at self checkout and older female at register 1 named Daisy said i cant be there since i have more than 10 items. I had 13 to be exact. Two other gentleman at 2 other self checkouts and nobody in back of me. Pretty funny Daisy thought she was reprimanding me when she had customers in her line. This is it for me. Morgan Hill is full of people who tend to think because they own a Tesla that its ok to use that as privilege. Target in general needs to train its employees on customer service as the customer pays the employees wage. Its not the other way around. Its sad to give your money to a company who i turn abuses you. Im done with target. Abuse the privileged

I am new to the Morgan Hill area and I was happy to found out a Target here. What surprised me the most was that it has startbucks AND pizzahut. It is not that common to find both. The pizzas are prepared ahead of time and added as first come first serve technically.Regarding just the Target store, it has good inventory and the season/holiday items tend to be out a week later compare to other major stores. Which sometimes is good as increases possibility to catch items that run out of stock fast. I think this is a good store and I will definitely continue coming here.

Clean typical target. Good parking lot. Space. Not too far from the highway. You can see in my picture of the salad. It's almost the same price as Walmart. Actually, it's almost at the same price as the four salad boxes you get from Costco. It seems, the salad box war is heating up between these companies and the big winner is the consumer because he would end up eating healthy. Good job target.

The gentleman was so kind and very thorough. He explained the process when I asked, and I was very pleased. He had a great sense of humor, very professional… it was so refreshing and I want to make this effort to point this out.

This review is left specifically for miss Judy at the "customer service" desk....a friend of mine had told me that target is now allowing people to turn in their recyclables, she didn't provide details but the information was good enough for me to look into it so I began searching for them. I could not find any specifics as far as where at the store the recycling is done and so forth, so I went ahead and brought in the recyclables to the store and soon found out that this is done at the customer service desk...again I could not find the details on line as far as what and where recycling is done so i went in the store with a huge black plastic garbage bag full of empty plastic containers and found out this is done at the customer service desk. I thought great! I won't have to wait in the normal line with my huge bag and the people at the customer service desk are normally there to provide....I don't know....customer service?! There was no one at the desk which was fine , I understand they are busy, so I peeked behind the desk where there were workers getting things ready for pick up and I let them know I had some stuff to recycle if someone could come help me when they're available that would be great. Soon there was another woman who needed help and the way she was standing at the counter led me to believe she was already being helped so I asked her if she was already being helped and she said no, I let her know that I was also waiting for someone to come help...Then came Judy. Judy did not ask who was here first she just proceeded to help the woman who was standing at the counter as though she been there all day. And sadly, of course the woman being helped was all giddy, happy to to be helped before the "ghetto"girl with the huge bag of recyclables....when in reality this "ghetto" girl would have so offered her place in line to not have a kind person wait so long for a simple transaction. But that's not what went down, so I decided not to throw a fit about the other customers place in line, instead I waited until she was almost done and then I asked Judy if there was a reason I was skipped in line. Super long story short( I swear I'm trying ) Judy acted like she didn't know who was in line, so I proceeded to explain the obvious which is in her position she should have asked, Judy was so mad that I was calling her out, after much explaining and careful decision making to not explode I decided to walk out, and yes I should have left this review sooner but I still had to let it be known... miss Judy you wrong, treat people with dignity and respect

Always a good store for quick trips or browsing for seasonal items. Pretty clean and rarely to crowd to make shopping hard. Good space to maneuver & shop at my own pace.

Women's Restroom was absolutely disgusting garbages cans in stalls were over filled which made it smell horrible and trash all over the floors and very dirty. I told the manager on duty and she said that it would be taken care of it. I was in the store for over an hour and they were still not cleaned.
