The Morgan Hill Target Store experience far exceeds the shopping experience that I have had at both Serramonte and Stonestown where no one on the staff seems to desire to assist the customer nor does any staff member care for the customer’s needs. At the Morgan Hill store today, I was approached by staff who asked how they could help me. At the tech desk, the staff member spoke with me and helped to problem solve my thumb drive issue. The associate at the check out area was cheerful, helpful, and efficient. The treatment I received today was a positive, pleasant, and relieving representation of customer service at Target. It makes me feel like I should carve out the extra time to travel from SF all the way down to Morgan Hill to shop.

Me and my mom went in to buy two large outdoor rugs. When we saw them we realized we needed help getting them out because they were 8 ft tall and heavy. We went to an employee to ask for help, I told her that we would be in the patio section and they radioed for help. We waited for 10 minutes and nobody came, so we went to another employee and asked for help once again. They radioed for help once again and we waited another 15 minutes before we decided to just get them ourselves. Neither employee even came over to tell us that there was nobody available (even though it was not busy at all because it’s a Thursday afternoon). We were both frustrated as we are two small women and struggled to even bring them to the register. Very disappointing because most of the time the employees are helpful and kind.

I've never been in this target. I am just passing through (on a road trip to see my mother who isn't doing to well) I have a job,a car, nice clothes and I don't steal. I may not look like your average stuck up miss priss who thinks she's better then everyone..so as I'm shopping around for some things I realized I was being followed and everytime I passed a target worker or was in the same aisle as one they would do this like.."I'm stocking the shelves but really I'm just moving stuff around" bit. It REALLY started to make me mad bcuz I never once gave them a reason to even think I was stealing or whatever they were thinking. I have never even been in that store in my life. I just felt extremely disrespected and felt like they were discriminating and it was rude. My shopping experience there was ruined. They made me feel as if I did do something wrong. And to top it all off as I get done PAYING for my items and
I'm leaving the store a cop shows up drives right passed me looks at me as I'm walking by,watches me get into my car and we left at the same time. Like, REALLY?!?! You don't even deserve the 1 star. ??

Target is my favorite go to store for groceries and other needed supplies! At target the service has good customer service most of the time which is great. They offer so many supplies and it's pretty easy to find them. The value of Target is great! So I totally recommend going to shop at Target!

Target shopping is also great. Great hours, the people are helpful and over product availability. One of weekly (and more) shopping stops for cloths to groceries.

I did an order pickup and got home to find that the most expensive item, a small technology product, was missing. I called the store and was told to come in and they should be able to help. When I got there, they found it (I was certain it had been stolen/something else nefarious) and cheerfully gave it to me - it was in a separate bag on a different shelf. After that, I went to buy an even more expensive item, and the clerk happily opened boxes that were waiting to be shelved in order to get my item. I am very impressed with the attitudes and service. Yay Target!

This Target recently changed the self-checkouts to 10 items or less, however they only had one other register open (at a busy 5pm). That one register had 5 customers waiting in line, while a few of the self-checkout stations were open.

Target is my go to store. Today, I needed milk and eggs, which are always in stock. I love using the Target App to find stuff that I usually don't buy. The App will tell me exactly what aisle the item is on. If an item does not have a price, the App will tell me the price too.

So I've had time to think about how I need to post this review and how to rate it. Honestly I think this target should be avoided due to one front end female lead named Nancy. I placed an order for a pickup, keep in mind, I've never done that before so I had no knowledge of the possible 2 hour wait. I ended up getting there way early than the two hour pickup timeframe. I head to the guest services counter where I asked if I found the item I was wanting to buy and bring it to them, can I have them check it out to me. They said no that the porter will need to go and pickup the item. I said okay and decided to do some shopping. I was there anywhere from 30-45 minutes looking around, I saw the item I was wanting in the shelf and it was the last in stock. I then picked up the item cause I really didn't want to wait and decided to head to the front to talk to a manager to see if they could expedite the pickup/release process. This is where everything took a horrible twist. I ended talking to a front lead girl named Nancy, I explained the situation again and she very adamantly told me she could do nothing to help expedite the pickup order and she only has two porters on site that night. I asked her if I really needed to go and wait another hour and 15 minutes before they make the pickup, she nodded and said that is the only thing we can do OR, you can cancel the order and we can recharge you for the amount. This item was $110, I don't have another $110 dollars to spend. I asked her what happens if someone else grabs the item before your porter comes by, she said there's nothing they can do further to help. I was honestly disheartened by the lack of trying to do anything to help. I quickly put the item back exactly where I left it and decided to leave the store due to do some other shopping. 30 minutes later, I received an email saying my item was out of stock....... I was angry at this point and decided to call the store, no one answered ANY of the lines, no one in guest services, no one in electronics, absolutely no one. I decided to call Target corporate to let them know what happened/my experience. While on the line with them explaining the situation which they did inform me that it is possible to expedite an order pickup if the main managers are there. While on the line I was walking back into the store and walked right over to the area where my item had been and guess what.....it was still there, in the exact same spot in front of the little tag which says the price and the description of the item. I then asked for an associate to call another manager that's not Nancy, I talked to Cassandra, super sweet and nice lady who understood my situation and also said there is a way to expedite a pickup too. We walked to the front of the store with the item, and guess who was there...Nancy. She asked me where I hid the item?.... Y'all, I swear on high and I asked for that Target to watch the cameras, between 4:30-5:55 pm, I walked back over and put it exactly where I found it. Nancy actually thought that I went and hid an item that was expected to be picked up by a porter? That makes no sense. Nancy also claims that she herself went in the same isle to look for the item to pull it...and then search the store for me?... I'm sorry, didn't Nancy say there was nothing she could do to help expedite the item pickup? And she so happened to wander over to the item I was wanting to personally help me? No, that's not what she did. She's the one who put "out of stock" on my item. And then changed her tune when another manager was there. Nancy lied, she had power gone to her head all because a customer wanted to help her porters by picking the item and asking for it to be checked out. This interaction happened on Saturday Dec 2nd and the time between 4:30pm and 5:54pm. Casandra did what she could to discount the item, but as I'm typing this out, I still paid too much for item and the wrongness I was put through by Nancy. Sara the store manager, if you read this post....please

Good location, usually can find what I want easily. Also has a Starbucks inside too. The parking lot is goofy. But the shopping center has a lot of good stores in it.

They do not refund the bag charge of $1.00 once you pick up the items without having had the bag issued. They pre-charge $1.00 then sometimes give 10 cents back, sometimes nothing.
