So I've had time to think about how I need to post this review and how to rate it. Honestly I think this target should be avoided due to one front end female lead named Nancy. I placed an order for a pickup, keep in mind, I've never done that before so I had no knowledge of the possible 2 hour wait. I ended up getting there way early than the two hour pickup timeframe. I head to the guest services counter where I asked if I found the item I was wanting to buy and bring it to them, can I have them check it out to me. They said no that the porter will need to go and pickup the item. I said okay and decided to do some shopping. I was there anywhere from 30-45 minutes looking around, I saw the item I was wanting in the shelf and it was the last in stock. I then picked up the item cause I really didn't want to wait and decided to head to the front to talk to a manager to see if they could expedite the pickup/release process.This is where everything took a horrible twist. I ended talking to a front lead girl named Nancy, I explained the situation again and she very adamantly told me she could do nothing to help expedite the pickup order and she only has two porters on site that night. I asked her if I really needed to go and wait another hour and 15 minutes before they make the pickup, she nodded and said that is the only thing we can do OR, you can cancel the order and we can recharge you for the amount. This item was $110, I don't have another $110 dollars to spend. I asked her what happens if someone else grabs the item before your porter comes by, she said there's nothing they can do further to help. I was honestly disheartened by the lack of trying to do anything to help. I quickly put the item back exactly where I left it and decided to leave the store due to do some other shopping. 30 minutes later, I received an email saying my item was out of stock.......I was angry at this point and decided to call the store, no one answered ANY of the lines, no one in guest services, no one in electronics, absolutely no one. I decided to call Target corporate to let them know what happened/my experience. While on the line with them explaining the situation which they did inform me that it is possible to expedite an order pickup if the main managers are there. While on the line I was walking back into the store and walked right over to the area where my item had been and guess what.....it was still there, in the exact same spot in front of the little tag which says the price and the description of the item. I then asked for an associate to call another manager that's not Nancy, I talked to Cassandra, super sweet and nice lady who understood my situation and also said there is a way to expedite a pickup too. We walked to the front of the store with the item, and guess who was there...Nancy. She asked me where I hid the item?....Y'all, I swear on high and I asked for that Target to watch the cameras, between 4:30-5:55 pm, I walked back over and put it exactly where I found it. Nancy actually thought that I went and hid an item that was expected to be picked up by a porter? That makes no sense. Nancy also claims that she herself went in the same isle to look for the item to pull it...and then search the store for me?...I'm sorry, didn't Nancy say there was nothing she could do to help expedite the item pickup? And she so happened to wander over to the item I was wanting to personally help me? No, that's not what she did. She's the one who put "out of stock" on my item. And then changed her tune when another manager was there. Nancy lied, she had power gone to her head all because a customer wanted to help her porters by picking the item and asking for it to be checked out. This interaction happened on Saturday Dec 2nd and the time between 4:30pm and 5:54pm. Casandra did what she could to discount the item, but as I'm typing this out, I still paid too much for item and the wrongness I was put through by Nancy.Sara the store manager, if you read this post....please do s

Clean typical target. Good parking lot. Space. Not too far from the highway. You can see in my picture of the salad. It's almost the same price as Walmart.Actually, it's almost at the same price as the four salad boxes you get from Costco.It seems, the salad box war is heating up between these companies and the big winner is the consumer because he would end up eating healthy. Good job target.

I was at target and I was having issues with my check out and the manager Nancy was very kind and helped me in an instant. She made it look very easy and was very professional and made me had a wonderful experience at target. Shout out to Nancy!

Target is my go to store when I am traveling. I stopped at this store to purchase a few items for the road. It was easy to park, and I found my way to the grocery section quick. No registers were open so self check was my only option. My only criticism would be if you do not have cashiers then make sure all the self check stations are working.

This review is not for the whole location, but for a Manager (she said she was a manager) Nancy. I went to Target to purchase formula for my baby. I went to a regular check stand to check out. The associate who was ringing me up seemed new, but still was getting the hang of what she was doing. Nancy came over and barged in rudely to the associate. I was attempting to purchase some of my formula with a manufacturer coupon. The associate kindly told Nancy she knew how to do it. But Nancy aggressively cut her off and started to intervene stating, " you can't purchase this formula with that coupon." When I told her i have purchased my baby's formula with these coupon, at other targets up and down the bay area, in santa cruz and Monterey county, I had never had a problem. Nancy said it was a "target policy." When I asked her for clarification and asked her to show me the policy, she said, "look it up yourself." Obviously she needs some training on policies and how to kindly speak to customers. She ended up calling another Manager, who could not find her "policy." She then stated "I cant have this line continue to back up, so ill do it this one time." This is when she probably realized she was in the wrong , but chose not to apologize due to her ego. If a regional manager reads this, Nancy does not handle customer service well. She is not kind to her workers. In todays climate of mothers trying to find formula for their babies, the last thing we need is to find a Nancy!!!!

This target is really nice and clean. Lots of things. Plenty of clothes and accessories. I always come here for toiletries. They have a huge selection of deodorant and soaps. This target is especially nice because the people here are helpful and everything is nicely put in its place. Theres a Starbucks here, and a Pizza Hut inside.

I was looking for some shoes that could be dressy or casual for my teenager son. I went to Target and I was really impressed with their selection and their customer service. The employee who helped me was friendly and polite, and I'm really happy with my purchase. There was no pressure to buy, just good advice and offers to help! They have a great selection of the highest quality and most recent brands of shoes all at reasonable prices. They have produce and very many more commodities on shelves that are well arranged. I highly recommend them.

I use this target exclusively for purchasing household items. This is because I commute from Morgan Hill to San Jose, I see this by the side of 101, remember my shopping list and pull over. Almost every time, I have found that their shelves are missing the most basic items - and not the national brands either: the Target store brands. They would not have the floss, toothpaste, mouthwash or the shaving cream. Each time, I would have to walk around to find help. I have given feedback before, assuming naively it would be addressed. Last time was the straw that broke the camel's back: as usual I could not find the store brand mouthwash. With no help around, I went to the return/exchanges section. I was given the usual line: "what we have is on the shelf and if its not there we don't have it". Having heard this line every time, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told that I would have to wait since everyone is busy(!). Since I did not have the time to wait, I asked for the phone number of the manager. Very reluctantly, the individual found a pen, looked around for a Postit and wrote down the phone number on a piece of waste paper. I left without purchasing the item I needed but did make another purchase. Next day, I received an email soliciting feedback. A day after I submitted the feedback, I got a call from Target when I was in midst of a meeting. I requested the caller to call me back after the meeting. But I have received no other alls or emails. I marveled at the temerity of this store in informing a customer that everyone in the store is too busy to help him and thereafter choosing to assume that I would be free to talk during a working day. I will never, never visit this store again. Thankfully, I have a Wal-Mart nearby.

I went to this Morgan Hill Target and I see employees getting yelled at through a walkie and in person, very disgusting. It honestly made me feel very uncomfortable for them.

I've lived in Morgan hill for many years and until a year or so I've noticed how downhill this place has gone. The place is a filth ! And I've witnessed multiple occasions where staff are being yelled/verbally abused over the radio . I feel terrible for them, it must be awful having to work in a HOSTILE environment.

This target is always out of basic things. They do not clean the bathrooms or organize the clothing sections. The baby/toddler section is always such a mess and you can see there is no effort to fix because weeks go by of it looking the same. Same with bathrooms. I can get over a messy clothing section but when you can noticeably see they don't clean the bathroom daily, that's awful.

I like this Target. But the reason for my review is the Drive Up service. They are about 15 mins slower to bring items outside then any other Target I have done Drive Up at. I do not recommend this service. I also have had items missing, and it's very disorganized compared to Gilroy, Hollister, and San Jose Targets. I do Drive Up because I'm a mom, and the convenience of quick service is important to me. But the rate of their speed here, is disappointing.

A kid help me make a return and he was rude the whole time . He didnt even bother to tell me when my money is going to be refunded back to my card . He just told me and i Quote "your money will get back to your card" with a rude attitude. Y'all need to check your employees. If you don't like the job then Quit .

I went into Target to get a SIM card for a international trip coming up. I walked to the tech/cell department and there was an employee standing behind the counter. I asked him for some help and he told me he had to go on his lunch break. He called his "manager" (I wouldn't call her a manager) and she came up and when I explained what I was looking for she looked at me and said " I don't have time for this and even if I did have time I wouldn't know how to help you"'. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. HORRIBLE. I walked out of Target empty handed.
