Beware of fraudulent practices by T-Mobile. They may surreptitiously add fake lines to your account after you cancel their service to keep charging you through auto-pay. If you're not vigilant about checking your credit card statements regularly, as I wasn't, you could fall victim to their tactics. They may even resort to borderline threats and refuse to refund your money.

We came to the store this morning and got excellent customer service. Aiyanna is knowledgeable, kind and proficient. We got an IPhone 15 pro max , iPad, wall charger, hot spot…. From start to finish, 40 minutes…. Aiyanna explained the plan, the cost. There was no hidden fee and the whole transaction was transparent.I am with At&T and my daughter is with T mobile; I am extremely happy with T mobile and might consider changing the service. T-Mobile store in Morgan Hill is a way to go.Aiyana is superb!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. The employees are not knowledgeable of the promotions and bottom line costs of plans. Make sure you educate yourself before going in. I will be switching back to Verizon after receiving the worst customer service and having to pay more than I was told when signing up with them.

Just had an incredible customer service experience at T Mobile switching my business account from Verizon. Very clear explanation of costs, services and promotions. Walked out with more services and features at a lower cost. Thank you both (Robert and Jose) for making what I thought was going to be a confusing and drawn out process, fast and easy! Scott

I had the worst experience at this T-Mobile Cochrane Plaza, I went to do an upgrade from my iPhone iPhone 12 to an iPhone 5, and they screwed up big time. person there did not remove my phone from the system and caused me to not be able to trade in my phone experience ever. And now this forces me to go to another carrier because I want that iPhone 15 and T-Mobile has screwed it up so I can't get one. I do not recommend this T-Mobile and Cochrane Plaza as a place to go get your phone serviced..

They're incredibly kind, however I've had the worst experience using their 2 week free trial. T-Mobile is currently offering a 2 week free trial where you can try their service. If you dislike it, you can cancel within those 2 weeks at any point. You have to pay a $35 activation fee. I tried it, didn't like it, canceling it was a hassle! Nobody in the store could do this for me, and I had to call corporate and get bounced around because nobody knew of the promotion! After finally cancelling, 2 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for almost $200. I call corporate back and explain to them everything I had just discussed when cancelling, and they escalated the issue to waive my bill. I receive a second bill for the same amount, call in, and same issue. I THEN receive a collections notice and call in again, to hear the same thing that it's been cancelled. Such a massive headache

I stopped by to update the physical sim in my pixel 7 to a iPhone 15 virtual sim. I was told to dial 611. I left then came back shortly asking for more= the bunch of guys outside at a temporary bench said to dial 611 on my pixel 7 to transfer my sim to a virtual one.I did this, and it worked. Took 2 trips- but maybe it was me.

I had the best experience with Alexandria, that I ever had at this store.She was knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient.I am not just posting this because I am manscheming and she is aesthetically pleasing.I am glad that the little payaso, that called people lad don’t work there anymore.

Very shady. All kinds of promises that turned out to be false followed by being charged by T-Mobile for 3 iPads we never bought or received. Buyer beware.

I'm really pleased with the excellent service I receive, every time I go to this store. The staff are super-friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, I had a question about my phone and while I was there, I learned about their new 5G internet service. They let me bring it home and try it for two weeks before even getting billed. Omigod - it's fantastic!!! It works great!! So easy - just take it out of the box and plug it in! It' works every bit as well as Spectum and it's a much more reasonable price. And you don't have to play that stupid 'Let's make a deal' game that Spectrum makes you go through every year as they raise their prices. The folks at this T-Mobile location are really great. Jose helped me that first day, but since then, I've been helped by other equally knowledeable and helpful salespeople. It's a really good shop and a really good service.

I do recommended the T-mobile but not the Morgan hill store,Store manager has a lot of attitude and she misleads her customers coz of her I got a big trouble so I will never recommend this store Thank you

Beware and you better get a print out of what they are doing to your account! These people are shady and will add stuff without you knowing! Jimmy added over an extra 200+ dollars to our bill and all we wanted was to transfer a line and get a new phone for it. They added another line and it was free but when talking to customer service it was not free. They said we got a free Samsung galaxy watch but did not mention it was a 15 dollar service fee every month. They added on a premium service to both lines which was an extra 30 dollars a month and did not tell us about that. So, whatever you do get it all in writing and see what they are doing to your bill before you agree to anything. Make sure to get a printed receipt and they will claim the printer is broken and they will email it to you but I never got an email.

Great customer service from Jose! I was on a time crunch so I called in about a T-Mobile hotspot / home internet plan. He explained everything to me over the phone. I was in and out within 10 minutes once I arrived at the store. Appreciate the sense of urgency!

I would like to Give a shout out ? to Aiyanna, for helping my dad with his new cellphone, his watch and teaching him how to navigate Thur his devices. She has patience and her customer service skills are superb… if anyone needs help with there’s devices or phone plan I Highly recommend her. ? Great job keep up the awesome job. I watched her multi task and keep a smile on her face. ??? Thanks for your patience and with my dad, we appreciate you.
