I really liked the breakfast burrito today. I always ordered it with extra veggies. Never had any charge for the veggies. Today is the first time they said they are going to charge me extra. Be consistent with the charges. I was very disappointed.

I have always watched the Manager Specials in the meat dep. for years, when the sell by date is getting close the policy has always been to discount the item 30% off of the lowest marked price and 50% off in the PM of the day of expiration. Either the store manager or someone at corporate is too dumb to understand this. Pork loan is reg, priced at $10.99, sale price is $6.99, I see the sell by date is today and point it out to the meat dep. so they offer to give me 30% off of the original price. Do these people just think the customer is stupid or what? Lets see, sale price is $4.00 off or I could buy their expiring product for only $3.30 off. I call this zero customer service.

Today's shopping experience was very good overall. The wifi though, was still not working consistently. A usual shortcoming.
I love the store though and all the offerings. Clean as always!!

First time doing my shopping here. Store is very well organized with plenty of manned registers and self checkout stations. Bought from the deli and was meet with excellent customer service. Will come back soon.

Went grocery shopping late Sunday night and used self check out. We had a bunch of issues, and Amelia helped us two different times. Normally, I feel like I'm bothering them, but Amelia was SO nice and helpful!! Best costumer experience ever!!

I observed two females shoplifting today, just minutes within each other, easily walking out the door on the east side of the store. (1:30ish pm) I was in shock to see that there was no sign of security or staff to witness. When the woman walked out, she looked back to see if anyone was following or watching. She got into a large, white supersized truck. The second woman was walking around the store with her arms full of merchandise, waiting to walk out. Amazing. I went to this store today because the store on Tennant is also lowering its standards and customer service. Good luck Safeway!

Delivered a Valentine’s Day bouquet to my elderly mother with rotten roses dripping white and black mold.Called and they said they would deliver a new bouquet by the end of the day. Didn’t happen.Called the next day and they said they’d send a big beautiful bouquet and a gift card. Flowers were, again, not delivered.

The Floral Department Lady I asked if she could put together my two bouquets, not nicely, She told me we would charge you 3 dollars for the second bouquet, only the first is free. it seems she is ready to retire or something. 'Not good customer service'

Typical Safeway - The aisles are well stocked and clean. I could tell this Safeway has great customer service and is very helpful for those who need assistance. I came around 9 pm on a Saturday night and saw two workers walking customers with their shopping carts out to their cars. Keep up the great customer service!

Safeway did a weird thing Order only enough wine so On 12/23 and 12/24 the shelves are empty WTH up with that Thankfully the manager helped find substitutes that definitely were good but way more costly

Something to be said for cheap mini cakes.advertised as lemon cake.only thing lemon about it might be the cookie it came with.Just white cake with yellow frosting.
