Its ok. They get an “A” for effort. They appear to be under staffed and i always have to wait until the next day to get my prescriptions

Safeway Pharmacy on E. Dunne Ave. in Morgan Hill is by far, the worst ever. Pharmacies are supposed to be helpful as they have people's prescriptions and a lot of those prescribed medications are urgently needed by patients. This particular pharmacy is in no hurry at all! The pharmacists make you wait on the phone to the point where you're directed to voicemail after waiting on hold and never bother to call back even when you leave urgent messages. Very unprofessional, incompetent and no concern at all for customers. I am contacting our healthcare providers to stop sending our prescriptions to this pharmacy.

Lately it is impossible to get staff on phone. Looks like they are low on staff with more work at hand. Lunch time is also not fixed. Entire staff goes at lunch together with shutter down. For a quick question you have to drive to the pharmacy. Doesn't make sense.

Frequently out of stock for common medications and closed during lunch hours unlike any other local pharmacy. Only came here by default because of urgent care but I'll never come back here.

Do not go here. This is a fraudulent place. They bill you for services they don't provide. Doctor is on teleconference. You get billed for "preventative maintenance counseling" , "services during officE hours" , "new patient visit". They billed my insurance for $2100 of services. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

I scheduled a pre-op appointment (for a surgery outside of KP) because I have KP Insurance and their physicians are not supposed to do pre-op exams for surgeries outside of KP. I'm also a KP employee and I'm a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. It was a bit odd that the Physician Assistant (PA) was via video but I know from my experience that many times patients can be assessed via a phone appointment of a video appointment. Everyone at the office was very nice and my nurse (LVN) did a great job. The PA asked appropriate questions and also was very nice and professional. I would go back for a similar exam or if I had a straight forward medical problem.

Action mh 1* This action urgent care was terrible.I got there an hour early waiting around. When they finally opened at 9 AM you could tell the lady had a chip on her shoulder. It's a also wonderful workers comp case that I've been dealing with for over 2 1/2 years and I've been seen at Action urgent care since the beginning. The lady said they didn't have my social security number and I said that they had to because I've been going to action urgent care for 2 1/2 years and they have all my paperwork. Ive been to other clinics in Safeway stores and the main locations in San Jose. I had come for a telehealth/Skype style appointment which is pretty much what Action Urgent Care in Safeway's or Vons is. She said the doctor my appointment is with is off today. I said that was odd because I was physically in the office when he made the appointment specifically for this day and this time. She said I had to reschedule because I had to see this doctor and this doctor only. I said I wasn't gonna come back to this branch and I left. This made me so frustrated because this was two hours wasted time that I could've been at work. I called action urgent care and ask them about this and they stated that I could see any doctor at any branch and I did not have to specifically see this one doctor. The lady Should have called to see what the doctors were available. I told the customer service line since I was seen at the Blossom Hill branch. When Vladimir was there, service was amazing and last time I was at that branch I was seen two hours after my appointment time and there was only one person in front of me. Ridiculous.

I have visited this facility 3 times out of convenience & necessity Not once has the complete experience been anything more than a testament to our broken medical system. Tonight I called told them we were 3 minutes away I was bringing in my husband who had a rash and been throwing up all day. Their first response when we arrived was we close at 7:30 my response back was your website says you close at 8 PM Then the tech in the treatment room popped out and said we already have 3 patients waiting so basically they refused to see us. So we left In the past I have gone there and the treatments given did not fix the problem and then they want you to keep coming in for follow up visits 2nd follow up still not we'll schedule third visit call to cancel and the attendant basically threatens to charge me $50 if I don't come in at this point what is the point you've been treating me for a sinus infection/bronchitis for almost a month and I am not better I am in fact feeling worse so much worse that I am feeling too weak and sick to make the trip for this appointment. They don't even have a Doctor on the premise when they made the second appt they said we will schedule your follow up with Dr on Sunday she is in the office on Sunday Low and behold she wasn't in this office there is no Dr ever in this office it's all video conferencing So I schlep over no Dr in office and low and behold she gets a walk-in at the clinic where she is at so now they need to try and reach a different doctor at a different clinic. Maybe I should have just charged them $50 for missing my appointment The whole concept of Urgent Care/Walk In Clinic is lost on the fact that they schedule appointments so anyone walking in either lands up waiting until there are no more appointments or lands up being turned away. Best advice go to ER if you have an emergency A lot less aggravation and get a Family GP who can actually cure what ails you.

I would give this place zero stars if I could.. my first visit resulted in strep throat. They had me come for a follow up visit (of course another charge)... I had a later evening appointment and they kept calling and texting about the cancellation fee if I didn't show. I got there and was also scheduled to do an ear wax removal. They said oh we don't have the stuff for that now. Come again - but you will be charged another co-pay. I asked if it could be waived as that would be my 3rd one. They said weren't sure probably not. I said then check my ears. I had a 5 30 appt and at 5 45 asked when will I be seen as I had an appt. the receptionist Melissa got very defensive. She also gave me hassle about charging my insurance. I asked again and she said they won't see me because of my attitude. I guess you aren't allowed to ask questions here.. Refused service even though I still had the symptoms of strep and the meds they prescribed weren't strong enough. I had to Leave and go to another urgent care place. Awful service. They wouldn't even give me notes from my original visit when I asked. Highly recommend not going there !!!

Warning do not go there, the new patience office visit is $296.00 Service provided in an office hour $30.00 You don't see a doctor. The doctor visit is a teleconference. The nurse is very friendly. I'm in shock with the bill I received today.

I have taken my 1 yr old daughter here and my husband. Each time Ive been here the staff is very welcoming and friendly. We had very thorough assessments with very competent nurses. The providers we saw in the teleconference did not feel as though they were in another location. Each time we left we felt well cared for. They also offer primary care that we will be taking advantage of since we just moved to the area and it seems to take weeks to get in with other dr's. At this urgent care we have always been seen asap with no wait. Will be going back, especially since they are open 7 days a week and all holidays.

Very happy with my experience today. I wound up with a small piece of an ear plug inside of my ear canal. Not realizing that there would be a video consultation, Melissa was my medical assistant. While there was some continuity issues with the network, no big deal as I wasnt in pain and not in a hurry, I was in there for basically an hour. Wow, only an hour for urgent care! Super awesome compared to most urgent care clinics. I would recommend making an appointment if you can. I made mine for 1pm on a Monday. I'm sure weekends may be a bit more challenged. This place is great if you have a sinus infection, ear infection, eye infection, the flu...having said that, Melissa was successfully able to flush out the foreign object in my ear. I am very happy with this Clinic. The service was great, the remote doctor was friendly, and Melissa was very competent and experienced. I would definitely go back again. If you go online you can usually find an appointment the same day, and you will be prioritized over walk-ins. Before commenting negatively on this establishment, please keep that in mind.

This place tricks you into coming in by claiming it's so fast and easy. I should of read the reviews before I decided to go. Staff there is very nice, but what the heck is this weird "on the TV" doctor? I told them I was on a time schedule and they assured me I would be done in time. Waited and waited for the TV doc to pop in and ended up having to leave. Complete waste of 2 hours and walked out still sick with no prescriptions.

The Medical nurse, Melissa was very pleasant and professional. She receives 5 stars. The PA, Nancy was really rude. She asked the same questions over and over then had to contact the doctor for a ear infection. Before which she asked me the same questions all over again??? The whole process took about a hour and a half then it took 20 minutes for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy! Was not impressed.
