More of the same as other's experience. They always open late and close early. I pulled in at 10:15pm on 4/6/24 and they were closed. Website shows hours 5am-11pm. Google shows same and that the hours were confirmed 3 days prior. Fuel gauge showing empty and no other station open in town.Even though they recently had all the pumps replaced, there are always pumps closed. 3 of the 12, 25%, closed on 4/7/24. Long lines and worried I'd run out of fuel before I got to an open pump.They mark the closed pump with traffic cones which cannot be seen when you're behind a car in the rear of the 2 pumps in a lane. When you pull forward and can see they pump, you're out of luck as folks have pulled forward and don't want to let you back in line, so around to the back of the lines you go.They need to place 6'+ poles with flags into the cones so everyone can see the pump is closed from behind.

on 8/31 I purchased contaminated gas from pump #7 or #11. my car had to be towed. the diagnostic was contaminated gas. it was an expensive out of pocket costs, not worth the dollars savings from rewards. if anyone else had this issue at Safeway gas MH on 8/31 please let me know.

Most of the time, Safeway gas stations have the advantage on price compared to others in the area. From what I have researched, this location usually beats the Arco on the north side of town by just a few cents. Unfortunately location of this station is a bit out of the way for me, since I'm usually coming from Cochrane/101 and Arco is a lot closer in my case. I find that i only save 10-20 cents per fill-up if I drive 3 or 4 miles down to Tennant/Monterey and back. For this reason I don't come to this station that often, especially when the Safeway Gas on Cottle Rd in San Jose is a full 10 cents in some cases less than Morgan Hill.Regardless this station still beats most of the lowest independents in town. Unless time or location is an issue, the wait times at this station can be a factor esp during commute hours in morning or afternoon.

I was here at 0530 13/July/23, I was one of three customers. Pumps were closed and attendant said it would be an hour before he opens even though website said they open at 0500 and showed they were open. He gave no reason had no accountability he just put his head down and ignored everyone.

Shut the whole station down for 3 weeks, tore out all the concrete for “remodeling” and yet a month later, still can’t figure out how to make at least 60% of the pumps work. Ridiculous.

Automatic $200 precharge??… also automatically chose the grade before I even touched anything? Multiple cones and barricades blocking all the entrances? I only came here because I couldn’t find the 76 that maps was trying to get me to, and I was really low on gas lol

This Safeway gas always close early. Why do their signs say close at 11pm but close at 1020pm? The worst is customers service lied and say they close at 10. Who ever answer the phone at 1045 pm on 11/22/22 and say they close at 10 is a liar.

An employee was directing traffic & I got directed to a pump that was closed, had an orange cone up, & then she denied she directed me to that spot. Untrustworthy. A month later I go during open hours at 5:30am - nobody there, pumps closed. UNRELIABLE.

I have never been so disrespected in my life I requested help from one of the workers the other day while trying to fill my car she rudely told me to move a station over because the one I was at wasn't working would love it if they put up a SIGN saying it was out of order she later tells me she would take payment inside only for her to disappear for 20 minutes I saw no one inside and finally got to pay and she put MY MONEY into the wrong station! And continues to give me attitude about it! I decided to just leave I didn't get that black lady's name but she needs to work on her attitude and how to do her JOB!!
