Silvia from the bakery department and the whole staff is absolutely helpful and always gives the best service. I live closer to the one off Dunne but they weren't very accommodating so we went to Tennant. Thank you for making great tasting cakes and providing a wonderful service!

Very quick trip here --- wanted to call out MIGUEL at the Deli department for exceptional service! He had a smile from ear to ear and seemed so genuine in his desire to help customers (including me). From a 2 minute interaction, he left me with a smile and a warm feeling inside. I could tell that he is an employee who takes pride in his work. He should be commended!

Deli service is very horrible, Customer service is very bad. No one greet you at all. When employee finally do help you they are very rude.

No one was at the register and I stood there for 10 minutes before I went and found someone who told me there's a bell but I looked for one for 10 minutes seeing as I regularly go late. I ended up waiting 15 minutes before leaving. The service sucks

I arrived home to discover that the box of lasagna noodles I bought were all broken. Can't make lasagna with broken noodles. I called the store and Antoinette found a box of unbroken noodles and left them at the online pick-up spot for my partner to pick up for me. She called me to let me know she found them and where to pick them up. She saved dinner and threw in extra noodles to boot! Excellent customer service experience! I love my Safeway store.

I am at Safeway on Tennant all the time. everyone is so pleasant but today they went ABOVE and BEYOND! i parked at the bowling alley and walked over just to get a few things. i saw a couple pumpkins that were perfect for carving and only $5 so I put them in my cart (forgetting I walked over). so at check out i apologized to Joel who was checking me out that I wouldn't be able to take them. He said no problem, but if you'd like them Luis (who was helping bag) would be happy to walk there with you and the cart and will unlock the cart when I come to the sensor. Luis walked to the parking lot with me helped load my bags and pumpkins into my car and took the cart back. that was so nice of you both!!! big kiddos to Joel and Luis for your amazing customer service today!!!

Horrible...just horrible...very unorganized and understaffed...no one knows where the self checkout lines begin and everyone is inching for space. Perhaps management can put something up so their customers will know where to stand in line or perhaps open more registers

I went in Monday night around 5pm looking for club soda for my wedding and was sad to see they only stock 4 at a time when I need 20+. I was talking to the Liquor Manager at that time and he offered to put in an extra order of 3 cases of club soda to be put aside for me. On Wednesday when I came back, all the club soda I needed was in the back and the same Liquor Manager (he even remembered me by name!) went to the back and help me get the soda. He was a very nice and helpful manager.
