I won't be returning to this location.. associates and cashiers need additional training. The girl ringing me up was eating hot Cheetos and didn't even clean her hands while touching my items and putting them in bags. Was disgusting and not sure why anyone would Think that was an appropriate way To conduct yourself at work. Eat on your breaks and make sure to wash your hands.

It happened again. They only have 1 person on register and a long line. If anyone ahead of you has a return or complicated transaction you're gonna be there forever. I put my items back on the shelf and left.

Always have a great shopping experience here. Staff is always picking up and it’s nice to see a clean store with attentive staff. If there’s ever a line, they call another cashier and the wait is never long.

Today I had a horrible experience shopping at Ross in Morgan hill CA. My son accidentally knocked over some empty storage bins displayed in front of the fitting room. The fitting room staff told my three year old son "You better put it back how you found it" I said "I'm sorry he is only three." This elder gentleman would not let it go and continued to harass talk down to us. I let him know I'd be speaking to a manger his response "Spell my name right!" So this is for ARTHUR in the fitting room department please be more respectful to customers and have common courtesy for small children.
